My wife and I stopped in here a little over a week ago so that we could ship some Troy Carney artwork home to Connecticut from Kauai. The staff were extremely helpful, and the manager knew right away that this piece was something important to us, so he assured us that he would wrap it as best as he could. We just received the shipment at our house and I'm happy to report that they did a perfect job protecting it. It was wrapped so well that it was comical to unwrap! Thanks so much to your staff for making sure our print made it to its new home safely. It means a lot to us.

Talk about customer service! These guys are outstanding! We had to stop by to ship some purchases home before our flight. We were waiting outside a couple minutes before they opened and they actually opened early for us!
Then when I realized I’d left a jacket in our rental car, I called the UPS store and asked if they’d hold the package a day until the rental car company could drop the jacket off. They did and packed my jacket around my purchases at no extra charge! Much appreciated!
Stellar staff and management at UPS Kukui Grove. Joel and Brittany helped with an Amazon return that could have been very frustrating had they not gone above and beyond to help with the process. Lesson learned, if you buy 5 items on an Amazon order and need to return all of them, Amazon will often give you 1 return label when, in fact, need 5 (each of these items was 43 pounds so not able to be combined).
