The UPS Store, Honolulu HI

The Kahala location - they have awesome customer service. Everyone gladly help you with shipping needs, regardless of the size of the project you have. Prices are transparent & they offer you alternative shipping options. This is the only location I would go to. I used to be a USPS til they cut their hours, people aren’t friendly, and they run out of shipping materials.

I love this store and have had a mailbox here for years. Everyone has always been so kind and helpful to me. I’ve also used their shipping services on occasion with no problems. Sure, I’ve noticed that it can get super busy here, but I think we just have to show some patience. Mahalo!

The worst UPS store ever! Unknowledgable staff, charges you for every little thing, and still very sloooow mail….

Don’t bother making an appointment for notary, they’ll just make you line up regardless of appointment. Nice but not time efficient.

I often go to this location, all the staff is nice except for the short hair old lady that I forget to ask for her name. I went to return my item that was packed in an amazon box, but she told me to unpack and buy another package from the store. I agree that for some reason she didn't accept my old box, but she can talk nicely to the customer. However, she spoke so roughly to me, she almost yelled at me.it was so RUDE and the worst customer service ever. Never going to this location again.

Not sure why all the gripes. The service is fast and courteous, not just to me but I noticed with other customers.
However their mailbox rates have gone through the roof and they continue to raise them.
Am considering changing to a regular POB at post office, because now they allow you to use a street address like UPS.

It's very sad. Horrible customer service again at another Hawaii UPS Store. The meanest, most arrogant people are people raised on this island. They need to go to the mainland to learn respect.

Crowed and rood. Was initially met by helped by Daniel who was nice. But unfortunately Cody was very rood when I wanted to take a picture to share with the other map viewers. Unfortunately ups stores are limited, but I will make it a point to now use another one near my work.

I always come here because the service is fast and friendly. Today I had to print out some images with custom sizes and they worked with me to get it done. Mahalo Kahala UPS!

Quick and efficient drop off for Amazon returns. The people working here are friendly too.
