Awesome drinks great place to kick back when you’re waiting for your food. Also great place to eat don’t miss out.

If you are a tourist do not visit this restaurant. We entered the restaurant and we're immediately seated, awesome. Once seated my wife went to visit the restrooms and asked the host where they were, the gentleman who sat us gruffly said over there and pointed. After that we noticed him going to all the tables and greeting everyone, who seemed to be locals. We were wearing our hotel wristbands, so they may not like tourists. Even when we left and said goodbye, the host ignored us. This is not a tourist friendly location, customer beware.
The waitress was friendly and did a good job, but that does not detract from the horrible customer service provided by the man. Review is definitely for tiki iniki in princeville. Tourists stay far far away.

Great atmosphere but meh food! It was really expensive! I wanted to by a drink but with a $30 impossible burger - it seemed impossible to spend an additional $17.

Just fabulous. Food was simply fantastic when we had just dropped in what we thought would be a sticky counter corny tiki bar …. This is a pure gem. Most cocktails were just simply delicious. Service fast, super high quality food, very fresh and tasty fish. The best however is their one employee who does EVERYTHING and extraordinarily well: greeting people at the entrance, seating them, cleaning up tables, providing menus and recommendations, taking orders, bringing food, AND doing that for the WHOLE restaurant. While always smiling and making sure to have a nice few personal words exchanged with every customer. Unfortunately didn’t catch his name, but this man deserves the gold medal of hospitality, and we will absolutely come back during our next Kauai vacation.

Just awful. I can't say much more except steer clear. Don't waste your valuable time and money on horrible food and drinks. Waitress nice but cooking staff combative - went out of their way to say to us as we left that "they don't care". That couldn't have been more obvious. One staff member asked us to write an email to owner so she would do something to fix the BOH kitchen staff and bar manager issues/lack of care. Sad. So much potential wasted - taking hard earned cash from tourist without shame. Dine and drink any where else!

Solid place for tiki cocktails and a bite to eat. We had the classic mai tai and the blue Hawaiian - the blue Hawaiian was spectacular. We then split an order of the appetizer (pupu) ribs and fries. The ribs are cooked in a guava/soy sauce glaze and are truly fall off the bone. The fries were so crisp and flavourful.

Came for a silly frilly drink for my birthday but also got the least attentive/friendliest service at a restaurant

Fantastic tiki bar. They nailed the atmosphere, and have great drinks. The food is excellent, too! I look forward to our next visit.

After a long flight followed by a long nap, we woke up at 8: 30 pm. Almost all restaurants were getting ready to close but we found Tiki Iniki and they saved the night! Limited food options at this time but they whipped up Poke for me and it was delicious! Drinks were fresh and delicious as well. Highly recommend this place!

We arrived around 4: 30pm, and the waiter informed us that happy hour was running for another 30 minutes. We ordered a couple of tiki drinks and some pupus. Service was prompt and friendly

The tuna poke and spam roll were both delicious. I enjoy my second tiki drink, the Navy Grog, quite a bit. Wish we could have stayed longer but we had a long drive ahead of us. Overall we had a very nice experience. A+

Great little restaurant. Ate here with my family and little one. They had a high chair, which was a plus. Food was good as well. Service was quick and very kinf. Definitely recommend!

I’m giving 2 stars for the service, the food and drinks get 1 star. This is not worth the hype. The drinks come in fun glasses and that’s where the fun ends. They didn’t taste good, the rims of the glasses were cut and sharp. Our chicken was rock hard and dry, the Caesar salad was drenched in dressing that was the most bitter dressing I’ve ever had. They were out of half of the menu items - all the fresh items- and it was only 5 pm. Will never go back. It’s not worth your Instagram pic.

Tourists, locals, anyone. Tiki Iniki is great. Incredible drinks, creative delicious dishes, but above all I need to say the staff is fantastic. The first night we had Richie, and he was delightful. Genuine, hardworking, funny, we came back the next night because he was so professional. The second night we got Mike, and Mike put up with the most ornery, self centered, waspy boomers I have seen in a long time. They treated him terribly, but he handled it with grace and respect. A lot of respect for this place and its staff. 5/5. And get the ribs!

Food was ok but pricey. Service slow due to labor shortage. We were finally seated, order taken, food delivered. 5 adults and two small children. We were hit with $25 auto gratuity.

Fries were great. Chips were great. Drinks were great. Fish and poke were good. Open late! Not sure why reviews are not better. Has everything you could ask for

One of the best Tiki bars we visited on the island. I think we worked our way through the whole menu. Great food menu for lunch too. Try the spam burger!

Ate a lunch and two dinners here. The teriyaki chicken was enough for two. Loved the burger blended with Spam, which I couldn't detect. Lots of delicious tropical drinks. Because we were here 3 times, we met a lot of different staff.
Everyone was pleasant and efficient

We went the first night we arrived in Kauai and waited for 5 minutes for someone to tell us that since we didn't have a reservation it would be well over 30 minutes until a table opened. We decided to go somewhere else since we were exhausted from traveling.

The next day, we noticed that someone left a review mentioning great Happy Hour priced drinks. We decided to give them another shot. This time we waited over 5 minutes for someone to approach us about getting a table, when there wasn't that many people even at the bar or dining room. The waitress and bartender made eye contact with us multiple times and then just ignored us. Should have been a red flag, but we stayed. We got 4 different drinks between the 2 of us and they were all horrible. They all tasted like straight sour mix. The 4 drinks came out to be over $60, which isn't a great Happy Hour price as we got drinks from other locations cheaper being regular priced.

This place is overpriced, dirty, and terrible servie. I would highly suggest you skip over this place.
