T.J. Maxx reviews
14Friendly cashiers. Quick check-out. Nice, organized merchandise displays. Very unique, pretty, good quality items. New merchandise received frequently. Store inventory always changing. Clean store environment.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I bought a handbag and it was kind of damaged, I asked this lady for a discount because of that and she told me she couldn’t EVEN THOUGH it was a little damaged. It was a cute handbag so I just bought it FULL PRICE. I work in retail and if it’s kind of damaged, u got to give a discount AT LEAST 10 percent off. She was giving me attitude for no reason and i just wanted to buy a bag. I gave her the money and she told me “u can see the price here” with an attitude even though I gave her the amount. I know working in retail sucks but At least try to look happy. I barely go here too and I am disappointed about the lack of respect towards paying customers.
Not sure why you would travel to Maui and then decide to go shopping.but its a typucal albeit tropical TJ max.checked.they don't even sell coconut bikinis
Taking your health seriously. Social distancing, clearly labeled max capacity. Staff and customers wearing masks.
Edited to add: still great post-Covid!
Ok. Didn't really have alot to look at. Wasn't impressed. It's clean but very open. Service was great.
Great selection, had what we were looking for. There was a quite a long line but they put on additional checkers and it went quickly.
Mt wife and I love T. J Maxx and when we found when on Maui we couldn't resist. This is a local store as we felt like the only tourist around. This was not an issue as everyone was very friendly. The most friendly thing was the prices. For $200 I walked out with a new wardrobe of hawaiin gear. This was the best store visit and I was a kid in a candy store buying clothes of the rack. If you are in need to buy a ton of clothes from Hawaii save some money and come visit this location. They had a great variety from Calvin Klein to other luxury brands.
When it comes to home goods, I think TJ Maxx is better than Ross, but Ross is way better for men's clothes. So it just depends what you need.
I rate this place 5 stars since, I called and a great employee named Angie picked up the phone her voice was like an angel whisking me away into heaven. Hell I might call back since I just want to hear her angelic voice again
Love this store! I don't think I've ever walked away empty handed visiting a T. J. Maxx.
Something's are a little over priced but over all great store good vibes. Check out line was super long but the cashier's were really fast.
It's big and lots of variety of shopping needs expect groceries. They have clothes, footwear, games, furniture and more pets too.
Almost always can find one more shirt or pair of shorts. Socks, always.
Went to get some kitchenwares. Unfortunately there was zero silverware in stock.
They carry only the standard for TJ Maxx or Marshall items, same as on the mainland, nothing special for Hawaii
