Todaiji Hawaii Bekkaku Honzan, is the gateway to the west of the Todaiji Temple from Nara, JP. The temple grounds are beautiful, the people and congregation are all so wonderful as well! I started going to their new years service a few years ago, and will probably go every year until I pass. Cosmo-Sama, the new young Jushoku and head of the temple, has such a big heart and an open mind. Over the years, it will be amazing to see his growth alongside his congregation. I easily rate this place 5 stars. If you are looking for peace, solace, this is such a beautiful and not well known place to be. These days it is by appointment only. Definitely worth the visit!?
