Tourneau Whalers Village, Lahaina HI

I had the best experience at this Tourneau today. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Kalani; he said if I wanted to see anything up close, to let them know and they'd take it out of the case for me. And you know what, he was telling the truth. I spent the next 20-30 minutes with Kalani talking about watches, moving around the store, and trying on pieces I didn't even know existed. It was like a curated appointment I didn't schedule. They don't just have Rolex-they have a great assortment of pre-owned watches, Breitling, Cartier, etc. Kalani was genuine and kind. I didn't walk out with a watch today, but I did walk out with a bigger smile than the one I came in with.and in Maui, that smile was already pretty big! Kalani is the real deal; go see him.

I am surprised at all the positives. Maybe local shoppers. Went to the store, wearing a watch they want to sell more of and walked the entire place with my wife. Not another customer in there and 130 in the afternoon with two sales leads standing around. And nothing. Not hello, not can we help you, can I show you anything. We circled literally twice and not a word spoken. So very odd. Would not recommend at all. They did have a nice selection of Tudors, exhibition Rolex (of course) and a good selection of pre-owned.

Honestly, this is the first experience ever shopping for a Rolex. Never did I think it would be like this. BREEZIE went above and beyond to help me choose and make a right decision for a future purchase. Even though I walked out with nothing today, this place will forever have my business in the near future. Being a complete novice in the Rolex world, Breezie never treated me as a d**ba$$. She treated me with the upmost respect and taught me everything I wanted to learn. She broke everything down without making me feel a certain way. Let alone I wasn’t even dressed to impress. Being a small business owner, that’s one of the foundations of building a customer base. Never treat people bad even if they look like they might not be business today. Because of Breezie, this place will always have my business. Thank you.

I’ve been haunting for a time piece for some time, to be exact a little over two years. Prior to visiting Maui, I called this store and was attended by Marceline. She was attentive, informative, pleasant! We agreed to meet once I arrived to Maui. Wow, she was incredibly nice. Best customer service I’ve received in a Rolex boutique. During my stay I visited her a few times. I left without a time piece but with an amazing experience. A week later she called me that one of the most exclusives time pieces I’ve been after, had arrived. I flew back all the way back from Florida, within 24 hours of her call. It was a great pleasure doing business with Marceline and Albert the store manager I know we will continue to do so in the near future. Recommend them 1435566 percent. You won’t regret going to them.

Stopped by Torneau at Whalers village with my family and had the best time with Kathy. She always treats us as ohana and makes our visit so pleasant. We spent a lot of time in the store and could not of gotten a more professional experience elsewhere. I highly recommend visiting the team here, you’ll find they are knowledgeable, sweet, patient and will leave a lasting impression on you. They have a customer for life here, thanks again Kathy!

I can not thank her enough, Not knowing this store even existed. Me and my wife stopped by whalers village to do some shopping and sight seeing. We noticed the store and stopped by. We were greeting by Breezie and let me just say from beginning to end she knew exactly how to treat a customer, 100% outstanding hospitality and customer service. I left the store speechless and happy as can be. I got very very close to exactly what I had been wanting for about 3 years. My wife and I walked in today to purchase my first watch. Breezie was extremely kind and professional on helping me pick out the watch best suited for me. Will absolutely be coming back on any future visits to Maui!

Just had a fantastic time here with Kathy, she was so helpful and patient with my first Rolex purchase, a lovely datejust 41 w/ the Wimbledon dial - we went through so much of the catalogue and I'm definitely walking away with more appreciation for models I wouldn't have usually looked at.
Hope to see Kathy and the team soon - this has been oh so exciting and a great start to my Rolex journey and will hopefully start up a collection with Tourneau Whalers in future.

My family had a wonderful interaction with Breezie this past week. Just wanted to say that her service, professionalism, and warm/inviting personality were such a pleasure to deal with. Thanks for an exceptional visit!

I am so happy I stopped by to do some browsing for my fiance (now husband). Kathy was extremely professional, patient, and helpful during my visits. I stopped by three times on the same day, as I was nervous about making the right decision about which watch to purchase for my husband's wedding day gift. Each visit, Kathy was informative and supportive. She helped me pick out the most stunning watch, and made this large purchase an easy process for me. After our wedding, we stopped back by the store a few days later and Kathy greeted us, cleaned his watch, and provided some details on how to change the time and clean the watch appropriately. I would say she was a major part in me making a purchase that day. Furthermore, all the other staff members that were working during those visits were very kind to my family and me. I had a fantastic experience there!

Epic service, not pushy, knowledgeable. My wife and I dropped by to see what they had for watches and found a gem of one which was or is becoming harder and harder to find. The salesperson, Kathy, was able to explain the features and had a very none pushy attitude which is always incredibly helpful. My wife and I came back two days later and making the purchase and love the timepiece. Definitely a great selection and a fantastic experience!

My wife and I were just visiting Maui for our honeymoon. On the first day, we stopped in and visited with Marceline. She was so nice and friendly with us. At the end of our trip, we purchased an amazing watch from her that I had wanted for a long time. This will be a watch that stays in my collection forever. Marceline's customer service is second to none! We will definitely be back the next time we are in Maui.

What a great experience working with Breezie for my wife's birthday present. Breezie went above and beyond getting the present my wife loves. She ensured the in store buying experience is memorable for our family (we are first time Maui visitor). Thank you Breezie. This will be my second purchase from this store and it’s even better than the last time. My wife wanted to surprise me with the new explorer which has been on my list for awhile now for my 30th birthday. Little did I know that she and the fabulous Marceline was already in talks and I was gifted the watch on my birthday! While I often feel intimidated or given a cold shrug at many ADs, Marceline always greets me and my wife with a warm smile and a bubbly personality regardless of whether I intend to buy a watch or not. I can’t explain how much I enjoy this place and working with Marceline.

I walked in while on vacation to check out the watches. As expected, no new Rolex inventory, but Breezie was very pleasant and took time showing me other options. Thank you!
