U-Go Mobility Scooter and Wheelchair Rental Service, Honolulu HI

I can’t thank the people at Ugo mobility enough for taking care of my sister’s wheelchair needs. They are so professional, easy to work with, very flexible and accommodating. Payment on a secure site is so convenient. We would definitely use them again.

I broke my ankle while on vacation and was able to call the next morning and rent a mobility scooter. (This may not be normal since it was kind of a slow time) The company was very nice and accomodating. They dropped the scooter off to the hotel that morning. I also had a flight delay due to weather and they let me keep the scooter until the end of the day which was past my original time. I left it at the bell desk at my hotel when I left. I had several people on my trip ask where I rented it from. They literally saved the rest of my trip!

My girlfriend and myself visit Oahu for a week in November 2022. We booked our walkers from U-Go Mobiliity before we arrived to the island and they delivered them to our resort. The walkers where waiting at the bellman’s desk with our names on them when we arrived. I received a text messaged a few days before we where to leave to let us know where we where to leave the walkers at and the company will pick them up. I had no issues with U-Go Mobiliity and this company communicated with me if I had any issues with the equipment. There was a little tear in the seat of the walker and I sent them a pic and the company was appreciated that I also communicated with them. I give this company a great review with their products and easy communication with the client on any issues which may occur.

I can't begin to express my gratitude to Chloe and the U-Go Mobility crew for all of their assistance during our first accessible trip to Honolulu. Without their assistance and good communication during the entire trip, I would not have been able to plan this vacation. In our resorts and around the island, my mother had no trouble using her scooter. The directions provided to us were excellent; they even included a video for me to watch in case I had trouble putting the scooter together. We had a great time and everything was so simple. Thank you for making our trip special.

When my right hip started bothering me on a daily basis, I thought it was just a pulled muscle or something like that. I knew my right knee was getting closer to being in need of surgery, but the hip pain was something different. Imagine my surprise when the doctor said I needed a hip replacement!
Talk about lousy timing… I had booked my first trip to Hawaii to coincide with friends who were also traveling there. With schedules being what they are, there was no way to have elective surgery and recover before my trip. I thought I was in for a very limited and disappointing trip. That’s when my friends suggested I look into a mobility scooter from U-Go.
I went to their website and selected one that seemed to meet my needs. A few days before my trip, their representative contacted me to make sure all was still ok with my plans. Once in Hawaii, U-Go delivered my scooters (1 for me and 1 for my lady) and showed us how to operate them. Matt adjusted the control stalks and showed us how to disassemble the scooters so they could be placed in a car trunk if we wished to do so.
We found a new sense of freedom with these scooters. We no longer limited our thinking to only traveling a few blocks. Now, we could travel for miles! It opened up so many more possibilities and things to do, places to see and enjoy. We were no longer limited by how far we could walk before the pain made us turn around.
We had not one ounce of trouble operating the scooters or charging them. It was a seamless and uplifting experience, and it made our trip so much more enjoyable and comfortable.
I highly recommend this company and their products to make your Hawaiian vacation the best it can be. Their staff is top notch, their products are in excellent condition, and the freedom makes you feel years younger. Do yourself a favor and take in all that Hawaii has to offer on a U-Go Mobility Scooter!

I didn't get a scooter until the 2nd day in Hawaii. I was miserable the first day. I have vertigo and hip and back issues. I got my scooter the second day and enjoyed every moment in Waikiki. I was able to take it apart easily, put it together easily and I absolutely loved rabbit mode. This is not your Walmart scooter. If it wasn't for UGO I wouldn't have been able to enjoy my trip! My husband suffered a spinal cord injury in 2010 which permanently impacted his balance and ability to walk without the assistance of a cane or staff. We’ve been to Hawaii multiple times since the accident and were always challenged with the amount of walking that was needed to get around in large resorts. We decided to try a rental scooter this time around and our world has changed drastically! He’s out and about most of the day - multiple times to the pool without the exhaustion of returning to the room. He’s accompanied me on my long morning walks for the first time since his accident. And who would have thought the little basket would have such a difference. He’s able to access all of his items with ease, including his water bottle. We will never go on another vacation without a mobility scooter. We are so grateful for our experience with U-Go Mobility and will always use them for future rentals.

Thanks to U-Go Mobility our time in Hawaii continued as scheduled. My boyfriend hurt his knee and for sure we would be stuck in our room. Thankfully the hotel bell gave us the number to call and couple hours later we were free to go again. Easy to manage, long lasting battery and easy to take apart and put together. Not expensive either. Truly consider this option if you have the need.

Coming to visit my daughter in Honolulu. She suggested getting an electric scooter so that I could keep up with the group. It was a great idea. I hung in there with going to the museum, to the arboretum, the beach, out to dinner every night. It was great. Sometimes it's a little hard to find a ramp, but they're always there somewhere. Suggest you go into the restaurant or event and ask where the ramp is.
Since I left early I was able to leave the mobile chair at the front desk and they took responsibility for it. Made it very, very easy in and out of elevators. No problem in and out of restaurants. No problem. It was quite small and easy maneuver.

I got the Ugo mobility scooter that disassembles so it can be carried in van or car I was able to do all activities with my family without worry about any pain or fragileness of my knee. The service was very prompt and charged reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

UGo has been one of the most pleasant experiences we have had. From the moment we made the call and had K assisting us, we were treated with such respect. When K found out my husband was a Veteran she went the extra mile although, I really believe she would do that for any customer mo matter what.
The scooters were delivered at no extra cost! Others had fees.
I shopped around and she matched the fee of lowest estimate I was given and still had free delivery and pick up. Every time I communicated with Ugo, they were prompt to respond. If only all businesses had their good practice history.
The scooters themselves looked brand new and functioned well. The breakdown of the unit was relatively easy. We had two units and an Suv (midsize) and probably should have had a larger car…. Our bad. We made it work with 4 passengers and two scooters. My hubby wouldn’t have been able to go to several places had we not had these.

U-Go was easy to schedule/reserve and even easier and more efficient to pick up and turn in. U-Go dropped off at my hotel and picked up at a different resort at the end of my stay on the island.

The scooter really aided my mom in getting around the island. She has a hard time walking very far at all and the scooter allowed her to go anywhere we went.

The mobility Chair changed everything. My wife can only walk short distances. In a previous vacation it ruined the trip for her. In Hawaii we planned ahead with the scooter and she had a great time. It was the first time I had a hard time keeping up. Highly recommend, I shopped around it was 100 dollars cheaper at u-go mobility. Will definitely call next time for another chair!

We had a very positive experience renting a wheelchair for my 85 year old mother on our trip to Hawaii! Everything from requesting a wheelchair and having it delivered to our condo went very smoothly. It was promptly delivered when we requested and the delivery person showed us how it worked! We rented the transport
wheelchair which was very light and compact. My mother was able to enjoy and see all that Hawaii has to offer because of the wheelchair! There is no reason to be stuck in a hotel room while the rest of your loved ones go out seeing the sights. I would highly recommend U Go Mobility and would use them in the future! We had the best experience with the Mobility Scooter. I was able to see places that I have not seen in years. We were impressed with the service. We will do it again in the near future.
