Great place to workout. Plenty of parking spots. Great staff. Cleaning and maintenance on point have all the needed machines and equipment for a great workout

Overall, UFC meets my needs and I'm always able to get in a good workout. The upkeep of the facility, however, is another story and, in my opinion, more effort needs to be taken to ensure the gym is kept clean and user friendly. We all live in a time where viruses and bacterial infection run rampant amongst us and therefore this matter should be of the utmost concern to those delegated to maintaining a clean and safe workout environment for all.
My hope is that this matter will be addressed in the near future and allay any further concerns.

The worst gym I ever join in my life. They keep charging me from 10 months without using it. I have been there trying to fix this, they say they fix it and every month I get a new charge. + unkind staff. Sorry but I have to share my experience so I can help others.

Gym is clean and has great amenities. 24 hours. I rarely leave reviews but Juan is the man. Maybe the best customer service experience I’ve ever had.

Juan sells memberships. I've been coming for years. Son 13, has been coming for 7 years. He did wrestling, bjj (Coach Jason) boxing, kick boxing, "daily ultimate training" classes for kids. Son has used kids klub- convenient for parents while working out. This gym gets busy. Frequently, parking lot is full. SOLUTION: park far away, jog in for warm up. LOL

Staff is great, 5 stars! Fun environment! But…parking is horrific and the men’s bathroom is always disgusting and dirty.

Incredible gym. The people who attend this facility are there to work hard and push themselves. Very friendly environment, yet people keep to themselves for the most part. Really incredible teachers for mixed martial arts, particularly Tong for Muay Thai.

I've been a member for 15 or 16 months and I've really enjoyed the gym. What I really like is that there is something for everyone and there is a wide range of fitness levels. Just by this alone the gym feels very welcoming - everyone is on their own mission and no one is there to judge you. The equipment is in relatively good condition - and when it isn't, the repair work is usually prompt. Everything is as clean as you would hope. The staff are friendly and the coaches are excellent! Things that could be improved: 1. I wish the AC was set 1 or 2 degrees cooler or that there were more fans especially during peak hours. 2. There always seems to be a shortage of 2 and 5 lb weights- you must often do a short hunt or share with others. 3. Weightlifting platforms can have a 10-15 minute wait, which is frustrating.
Overall, one of the better gyms in the area, but can be quite busy at times. Will definitely continue my membership here

The staff is not so friendly. Once there was an issue with my auto-pay and I spoke with the manager Kristy, and she was unprofessional and rude. A manager should be trained better to set a better example for the rest of the staff members.

This company is terrible. I have been waiting for my refund for months, I call them many times and different workers told me always the same “Im gonna leave a note to the manager and he will contact you” and the same with more than 8-9 calls. Beside this the machines are from 1990 and the changing rooms/sauna/restrooms and extremely dirty and the charge you 50$ after 2 months for “maintenance” RIDICULOUS. Just a cheap gym with a sign of “UFC”

Parking is sometimes a problem, and it's usually busy with not enough Olympic bar racks. Other than that, this is a quality gym with a great hi-intensity area, sleds, tires, bags, ropes. The boxing class is truly professional, and was a great experience even though I had never boxed before. You need to bring your own gloves, but the commitment is worth it.

If I had to describe this gym in two words: money hungry. Last year I signed up for a pre-paid membership for three years and within a couple of days I changed my mind due to my friend able to bring me in under his membership. I went in and got my receipt for my refund, however, I never received my refund. I called in a couple of times and still nothing was done. To make a long story short, I got tired of calling and started going into the gym since I "paid" for it. I tried to go back in recently to discuss it again, and the lady at the front desk took my receipt and would only give me back a copy of it. She also made sure to make a note on my account to say not to give me a refund. Seems kind of sketchy to me. I fell for the scam of not paying me, but I find it really ridiculous that I'm not the only person that they have done this to. There are better gyms out there that maintain their equipment and treat their members with respect.

On my way to the nearby Sunset Texas Barbecue, I visited to see the goods. I didn't buy anything this time because I didn't like it, and although I couldn't see the Octagon again, the dark atmosphere inside the building created a feeling of a fighting gym, and I enjoyed it. If you're a martial arts fan, why not come visit us when you're in the Kakaako area?

Lauren was so rude on the phone, and I’m shocked to find out she was the manager…. I normally don’t leave bad reviews but her attitude isn’t going to bring more people in. Ufc needs a change of management. No wonder why they have 3 stars.

Parking is extremely (and unacceptably depending when you come) tight and the locker room/ showers are battered, industrial amenities that you don't want to use unless you have to.

Yet the actual workout equipment, physical size (it's HUGE and all contiguous on one floor), the staff as well as the members themselves make this my favorite place to workout in town. Honolulu's gym central for those with a work ethic. I dig it.

You pay $61 just so you can’t use their free room when they’re having class which is almost all the time, except late at night. Mad weird so just so 24s I’m already stuck with these guys but new comers just go to 24s. And very unhelpful and unfriendly staff except for the janitors they cool

The gym itself is pretty good regarding equipment etc. But their staff and management just don't care about anything. Canceled my membership back in November 2022. A month ago I saw I was still being charged. Since then I've been calling every week to get it taken care of and they keep telling me that a manager will get on it and that id get an email. Weeks later, nothing. Finally got a hold of an actual manager and they said they're busy but will get to it. Still haven't gotten any kind of confirmation email saying its been taken care of. I've worked for gyms before and I know that this kind of stuff doesn't take this long. It's really just a lack of care.

Poor management, I come in person to cancelled my membership and coaching sessions 2 months ago I even double check with the person who’s there if I completely canceled it. But I still got charged every month until I come in person to cancel it and they ask me I have to sign a paper to cancel it but how come they never told me I have to sign a paperwork to cancel 2 months ago I even ask twice if everything is ok is it completely cancel 2 months ago.

There's always a couple of machines that are broken. I've had a membership for 2 years and it's been the same machines busted.
