The male agent I spoke to was extremely degrading, and when I asked to speak with another agent, he hung up on me and denied my UI claim. This is unacceptable. 0 stars.

Extremely disrespectful their employee Mr. Lee had an attitude the whole time we were talking and then when I made it clear that he couldn’t talk to me that way, he threatened me telling me that he has my address and personal information and that it was a small island & that I had to watch my back.it’s clear that when he said he had my address that he was attempting to threaten me and my family and when he said he had my personal information, it sounded to me like he was trying to threaten to commit fraud

I just received a threatening phone call from one of their extremely disrespectful workers named Mr. Lee threatening to do physical harm telling me that he has my address and all of my information, and that it is a small island and to watch my back.to me that was two separate threats. He was threatening that he has information and he was threatening that he had my address. Is this the standard that they hold their employees up on

Mr. Lee was great. He listened to me- was informative and easy to talk to.
