It works, I have never had a problem with it and it just a cute little post office

A green package slip was in my p.o. Box.i took the slip to the window and she could not find my package.i suspect she gave it to someone else who did not return it to the post office.how do you lose a large package that measures at least 12 inches by 14 inches in such a small post office.
