New Post Master Stephanie is rude, inconsiderate, lacks basic customer service skills and respect, and is highly confrontational. Avoid Stephaine if possible. We will be reporting her and the situation. Such a shame.
All of the other employees are wonderful and have always been.

Waimea Post Office on the west side of Kauai is the best on the Island. The Post master, and 2 clerks are exceptional customer service representatives of this profession. They are helpful, courteous, professional and friendly to everyone and work tirelessly to get the job done. Thank you for always being such WONDERFUL & AWESOME PEOPLE who exemplify "the reason for the SEASON"
