United States Postal Service, Hanapepe HI

I older and have lived in and traveled to many places in the USA and Canada. The ladies at the Hanapepe post office are the most professional, friendly, competent and efficient postal workers I have ever experienced. Thank you ladies.

Marina is SOOOO rude. I go to this one on my way to work sometimes. Every time I go in there she is just astonishingly angry. I continually go in there giving her the benefit of the doubt thinking to myself “maybe she’s having a bad day” and every time it’s the same horrible customer service. Today she told me I needed to send my package from another post office because that’s where my return address is. I told her I was sorry and I’ve never heard of that. She said “I’m doing the work and they’re getting the credit” so it sounds like a marina policy, not a usps policy. I’ve never made a bad review or took the time to do so before. But the way I leave feeling EVERYTIME I go to that post office is not okay. Something needs to be done.
