Thank you for being there on a holiday to see my son whose been struggling with ear pain.nurse and doctor were really empathetic and caring.all stars and bow to these wonderful humans

UPDATED: I see reply to my comments by the owner. You did not even evaluate the patient so stop acting like you did. We were standing outside the facility, not even checked in. Stop claiming on your website that you are: 'full' service walk in urgent care with 'compassionate' medical 'professionals', providing 'high quality' urgent care, 'always guaranteed to be seen by a physician'. You seem to be a team of bunch of jokers not professionals.
So stop making a fool out of people by these false claims. The bad reviews and poor ratings says a lot about you.

They turned away my 13 year old without seeing him, regardless of telling them he is having allergic symptoms which can become life threatening. The doctor refused to see him and sent print out with directions for 7 miles away emergency care which took a little more longer than usual due to road construction on the way.

I received excellent and skilled medical attention from Dr. Chang-Stroman and the nursing staff within minutes of arriving at the urgent care center in Kona. Hands down the best experience that I've ever had at an urgent care center for a relatively serious condition that was promptly resolved.

They will happily turn you away at the door, even for a simple stomach virus. So much for being healthcare providers.

I was on vacation in Kona, I got pricked with a KuKu thorn and had no idea it was there for the first two days of my trip.

I looked down one morning and saw red lines crawling up my foot and towards my ankle.

I rushed to their ER, and they were all so friendly and helpful.
They took care of the issue immediately and I cannot tell you how much I appreciate it.

The doctor was so kind and there was a nurse (they were ALL great) who helped me, she had a pretty tattoo on her arm and was just such a wonderful and sweet person.

Thank you so much for helping me right away, so I could enjoy the rest of my vacation!:) You are awesome and I appreciate you all so much! <3

This place is 100% out to gouge you of money. Quotes one thing, then springs surprise charges on you. Don't do it.: (

These people should feel ashamed to remotely consider themselves healthcare professionals. I brought a girlfriend there in pretty dire straits and the procedure for getting in the freaking door was goofy difficult. Then a ton if paperwork outside in the blazing sun and beyond rude nurse questioning a signature. These people should go directly to hell and the next time they have a health emergency of their own i sincerely hope they suffer like my girlfriend is now.

Great staff, and Dr. Phillips is terrific. The facilities are very clean and the staff is very friendly.will definitely go back. An easy recommendation.
