So dissapointed in our Valyou furniture shopping experience. My husband & live on another island & came to Oahu & picked out a sofa & ottomans & side tables for our living room. Everyone in the show room was very nice & helpful in helping us shop. We paid in full, then patiently waited almost 4 months. No word, no update. When I finally reached out to them they were very confused. Got back to me the next day & said the couch we paid for had been sold to someone else by mistake & was no longer in stock. I was in shock. We got a refund but what a hassle & we still don't have the furniture we were excited about for months!

Thank Valyou Furniture Warehouse for send out your best delivery guys, Kahale & Zack to deliver my Feathers 3 seater sofa, ottoman, side chair and lamp. So prompt and polite. They were on time and took them no time to carry upstairs to setup. Thank you again!

Absolute worst customer experience I’ve ever had. The couch was promised within a month of purchase but was still not even in stock 6 months later. I canceled and they refuse to refund me the money (only offering store credit). I’ve talked to dozens of customer service reps over email and it’s impossible to get someone on the phone. This has been going for nearly a year and they refuse to give me my money back. It honestly makes me feel like this is a fraudulent merchant. Would never recommend buying from Valyou.

Got a great discount on the Valminimal Sectional. The delivery was very easy to schedule and they worked well with the times I needed. I had the couch smoothly delivered to my door and setup was simple. The couch is comfortable and great to relax on. Highly recommended.

They were very patient with getting on the Air Force base, and was very professional while keeping good character.the delivery process was easy and didn't have any complications getting in the house, gave a great demonstra-tion. First time I decided to buy a brand new couch and was frustrated with the options at other places. I was specifically looking for a couch with a left facing chaise that supported my back- we are tall people. Went in for the first time and were super attentive but not pushy at all. I appreciate all the avenues to purchase as I live far away and I wanted to utilize my welcome discount but thought I could only use it via online order. I ended up purchasing through a staff member who posted on Facebook marketplace. There were some difficulties trying to add a second item at a discount they gave me and ended up ordering via chat on their website because people weren’t answering the number they gave me over the weekend. But in the end I was happy to purchase an additional item and got them both delivered and assembled 3 days later!

My husband and I discovered Valyōu upon moving to Hawai'i last year. We fell in live with the Pebble couch in the Honolulu showroom. We purchased a Pebble sectional and after moving into a larger space, recently doubled the size of our sectional. We have had excellent interactions with staff in the showroom and the folks who deliver the furniture. I've recommended the store to several friends looking for modern and unique furniture. We love Valyōu and will surely be back!

We had a great experience with Valyou furniture. To start the establishment was well kept. The customer service was outstanding. Kiana and everyone were super friendly and help us picked the right couch. Joyce and Maria kept us up to date with our order throughout the whole process. They even went out of their way to ensure that we received our order on time by changing out the cover of our couch. Additionally, delivery was quick and painless thanks to Kahale and Riah. Beyond customer service the value for their furniture is second to none. I definitely recommend them to everyone and especially my military people!

Delivery team was fast clean and efficient.they even gave a courtesy call to let me know what time they'll be arriving.they came during the estimated delivery window and were in and out in 15 minutes.love the couch!

We were moving to Oahu from California, and we needed to find a good place to order our furniture ahead of time so that we did not show up to our new place with nothing. We also needed a place that offered delivery options. And we found it with Valyou! Customer service, ordering, scheduling delivery and delivery was excellent! The style of the items are very modern beach which I love too:) Overall, highly recommend.

My coffee table was delivered today. I am extremely happy with all the furniture purchased from Valyou. Great quality and the pieces are unique and usual. I must say a highlight was how kind the delivery men Cheyne & Dom were. They went out of thier way to make sure each piece was carfully placed exactly where I wanted it. I appreciated their patience and professionalism. Some items took longer than expected but it was well worth the wait!
