I used to have Kyle as my representative when he left i was lost. Fast forward many years of looking, i met Bronson. He was helpful and helped get the best for my money. Please look him up and go to him, you won't regret it. I don't!

After going to the Pulteney place which doesn't care at all about helping you and only cares about your money. Jamex was amazing and super helpful, actually treating you like a human being and not just a dollar sign. Thank you for having this man working for you, my business will always be with this store!

Bronson is an awesome store manager. Patient, kind, personable, knowledgeable. Took care of my phone issues in a timely and professional manner. I highly recommend Bronson as store manager of the year. Give this may a raise and promotion!

Bronson Enos was amazing! This wasn't even his usual store; he was filling in for someone. But he was still extremely professional, helpful, and friendly. I needed a lot of help setting up my new phone and he made it very pleasant.

Bronson was a great help in the store. I can feel that he cares about the customers everytime when I need help he fixes the problem everytime. Glad he is around.

Great place to go for cell phones. Everyone I worked with, cell phone drier specialist, Bronson who handled the new sale, and the other two guys were all great. Polite, helpful, and genuinely not pushing like many other places sometimes do. Highly recommend this place and the people that work there.

I recently transferred my account from AT&T. After a lingering issue from a sales person who is thankfully no longer with Verizon/Victra, Bronson and his account manager Ryan, stepped up to resolve it. Very happy that I made the move. Highly recommend Bronson if you are going into the store for an upgrade or to transfer your service.

Upgraded my old Samsung with the help of Brandon. I returned a few times to ask questions, he was patient & courteous each time as were all the staff there. I highly recommend this store at the Queen Kaahumanu Mall.

Bronson signed me up and upgraded my phone two months ago. Very helpful.
I came back today and had some questions regarding plan and features.
He helped me figure it out and fixed up my plan to my needs and satisfaction.

My wife and I called this morning, after a months-long plan to switch to Verizon and get the new iPhone 14 Pro. The associate, Bronson, told us his manager could drive to get phones from another store. We were excited!

We drove to the store immediately, hoping for a hassle-free experience. Before we even got to the store, the associate wanted me to fill out a credit application immediately and ran a hard credit check, before even showing me plans.

He then provided me the veteran plan information, which was acceptable. Then, he didn't have any knowledge of the Apple dual sim feature (we wanted to use one phone for two numbers). Okay, not a big deal - we are both tech savvy. Let's continue.

He then had us go through one thing after the other for nearly two hours - getting a transfer PIN to port my number over, choosing a new number for my wife, and so on and so on.

At one point I had to walk next door to the T-Mobile store to get the transfer PIN. While I was there, Bronson took that opportunity to imply to my wife (who is still learning English) that I wanted a "bundle" of accessories. He was trying to get her to choose everything before I returned and even told her that the Apple chargers from our current iPhone pros wouldn't work, that we needed a different amount of power (complete and total lie - the iPhone uses the same 2.2 amp lightning charger, a carryover from last year).

When I walked back in I immediately asked what was happening. No iPhones were being produced - he was ringing up $250 of accessories. No, there were no genuine Apple accessories here... This was the cheapest of the cheap: Chinese junk that costs $10 for a ten pack on Amazon. No big deal - I simply told him I didn't want accessories, that I wanted the new iPhones that I drove across the island for two hours earlier.

Turns out it is a big deal: He was "unable" to sell me the phones there on the desk unless I purchased this absolute ripoff (insultingly low-quality accessories with a laughable price tag). His only recourse was to offer to order the phones I drove to pick up today.

Next time let us know about your (ridiculous) hidden fees BEFORE you run a hard credit check and lower our credit score.
