I highly recommend Vlad for any of your real estate needs. He helped me find the right house for my wife and I, even though we were on the mainland. From the beginning, Vlad was attentive to our wants and needs in our forever home. He researched active listing and sent us information on a daily basis. Vlad went above and beyond for us by walking us through homes via FaceTime; quickly finding answers for us when we had questions; walking us through the steps relating to the offer, counter-offer, and finally purchase of our forever home; and negotiating with realtors so that we had the best house to move into. His help did not end after he received his commission either! He helped in correcting issues that were missed during the home inspection, provided recommendations for handymen, and ensured our transition was seamless. Vlad did all of this, and more, during the shut down of state for the Pandemic, and ensured we could move into our home two weeks earlier than originally negotiated. If not for Vlad, I believe we would still be looking for a home.
