He was so responsive. He came out within 24hrs! In the end the bill was even less than the estimate. How often does a contractor do that? I will never call another plumber again. He even honored my request for an after hours visit without an additional charge.

Nate from Waialae Plumbing was excellent! He did a great job finding the source of leaking and replaced the pipe very efficiently. He is very professional and care about the customers. He provided the best customer serveces! We knew we're in good hands with him. Also, he cares about his company business and image. He represented his company very well. We'll recommend Waialae Plumbing to our family, friends and customers for sure.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! We had them run a waterline to our fridge. It had to go through the crawl space in the attic and the worker stepped off the beam and put a hole through our canec ceiling in the hallway. The owner would only pay for slapping some drywall mud to patch it or put up an access panel (WE ALREADY HAVE ONE). Both of those options would be highly visible. It was a perfectly good hallway prior. To fix it properly will cost almost $3000 and he is only willing to pay for half. He says it's "unfair" for him to pay for the whole thing. I have to pay $1500 for his worker's mistake? This was 2 months ago and nothings been done. I agree with other reviews. Do not go with this company. UNETHICAL!

Very expensive plumbing service. Replacement hose for the kitchen faucet cost $39.87. Their plumber took 30 minutes to diagnose the problem, then came back and spent another 45 minutes to replace the hose. Total bill: $366.49! That amounts to over $150/hour for labor.

They came to our house to plumbing & turned off 1 of the outlets in our electric panel which had nothing to do with our plumbing. The electrician came today to reset the solar panel & luckily we didn't get charge. Also the plumber Nick who serviced our house had a terrible attitude. We clocked the plumbers at working 3 1/2 hrs, they charged us for 4 1/2. I would not recommend Waialae plumbing to anyone.

Nathan was friendly, professional and he knew his stuff. Not like the previous clowns from some other scam company who called themselves Plumbers. Waialae Plumbing Maika'i!

Sara at call center prompt service and Nate was excellent at his work, courteous and professional able to squeeze me in same day. Also honest which I appreciate when you have stranger walk into your home.

Brian the plumber was very efficient and knowledgeable. Also Sarah set up the appointment right away. Brian knew exactly where the leak was coming from. He fixed it in no time. I am a very satisfied customer. I will use them again in the future.
