Enjoyed our stay in this hotel, friendly staff, great location and kudos to Junko who helped us when we checked in early and accommodating us to a very nice view.

This is a nice hotel right in the heart of Waikiki; the beach is a few minutes walk. It is very close to the shopping area with fine restaurants, stores and much more!

Friendly staff, close to Waikiki Beach, and shopping; there is an IHOP, pizza shop and McDonald's right next door, with an ABC mart right across the street. The rooms are dated and our bed had one side where the springs were collapsed. The parking is also only accessible from a one way street. Great pricing, and free wifi.

Was overpriced and rooms weren't cleaned well.very, poor maintenance looks like the building will be falling over anyday now super sketchy managers chargers me $400 resort fee and $500.00 to park my rental car and they will charge your card without letting you know! Could let people know first atleast week as management worst place ever would not recommend at all!

Quite and cozy boutique like hotel. Bed was comfortable and amenities sufficiently stocked. Fridge but no microwave, small lanai, quick check in and out. Closest parking garage fits small cars best. Quick walk to beach. I prefer Waikiki view to Ocean side.

Room smelled musty, had large stains on carpet and bedspread. Parking is very tricky and checking in is as well.
Location was the best feature.

This hotel is in an absolute fabulous location, convenient to everything. I would recommend getting a room that away from ground level and perhaps skipping a kitchenette suite unless those rooms get remodeled in the future as they are older than the regular rooms. Our room on the 17th floor was perfect and the staff there are so kind and helpful.

Walking distance to beaches, tons of restaurants and shopping. Also, bus stop is right out front. Rooms are a little dated, and you can hear plumbing through the walls. However, place is clean, and staff is nice. Great value!

The staff at this hotel is very friendly but there were several issues during our stay. There was a power outtage meaning no A/C during the night. There was also an intercom error with false alarms/announcements early in the morning. Rooms were incorrect for several members of our party, and the A/C units leak in the rooms. The parking garage is the worst, that is a very high daily fee for how difficult it is to park there. Getting an elevator to the parking garage can be difficult and one day the elevator was broken, we were with someone in a wheelchair who was stranded on an upper level. Having a daily resort fee with all of these issues did not seem right, they are even aware that the internet does not connect to laptops only phones. I don't recommend staying here and especially don't book through Expedia because there is nothing the staff can do about booking issues.

Tried to charge a resort fee even though it wasn't disclosed on priceline. The worst parking garage in parking garage history. Crazy loud outside even at 3am. Rooms were mediocre at best.

Staffs are great. Location is good. The two things I didn't like are the parking and the bathroom. Parking lot entrance and exit are so narrow I had hard time going in and out. In addition the parking lot gets full so quick we had to park at a remote parking structure several times. The bathroom shower curtain smelled bad.

The front desk was not great at getting you to your room. I was checked in but then they delayed me getting my room key so I ended up just leaving my bag in my rental car while I found some food. (I was on time for check in). Parking here is terrible as well. I paid for parking and the people maning the on site lot did not know if it was full or not. Got an exception the first day when the attendant moved a cone but had to park down the street the rest of my time here. They are very friendly and do attend to your room well.

We booked 6 rooms months ago and they managed to mess up 4 out of 6. We weren’t they only people that this happen to. Some of us didn’t complain. They need to let people know their whole hotel isn’t wheelchair friendly. They put my father in a room where he was expected to go up 5 steps with his wheelchair. It eventually got fixed. Also the parking is a nightmare, it’s a very tight fit. They only have one elevator that goes to the garage and it broke so my father in his wheelchair was stranded for a bit. The resort fee for this place is overpriced, this is no resort. Which they messed ours up. It’s a 10 min walk to the beach. This place isn’t worth it to stay here, it has its time and is an older hotel. It’s also fun when they set off the emergency sound twice at 6 am. I like the waterbottle refill station and the laundromat.
