Walmart, Honolulu HI

I hate hate hate Walmart. It was a fresh reminder of why I haven't shopped at one for 5 years.

When you’re in town and don’t feel like paying 17.00 for beef jerky on the strip and 8.00 for a bag of chips yikes! But here being honest they do have inflated prices also but we are on an island however, 34.00 for a few pair of underwear not so ono. I did find some to my liking though and many other items to fill my fridge while I was in vacation! You can easily spend hundreds of dollars on the strip within minutes so save on the foods because they aren’t really that awesome. But the food trucks support the locals, Shaka!

On its face this is very similar to the Walmarts you would find on the mainland, but where it sets itself apart is its vast amount of local specialties. Those Walmart seems to cater to the right folks, the Hawaiian natives. Now for those visiting, this Walmart is great. They have a section near checkout that just for Souvenir seekers and the prices are much lower than those you would find at the local souvenir shop. If you are a tourist and you are looking for souvenirs, make sure and visit this Walmart. You will not be disappointed.

Probably one of the worst Walmarts I've been in terrible vegetable section. No meat section, no deli

It is within walking distance from Ala Moana Center. Parking is not very inconvenient. Chocolate, Kona coffee, garlic shrimp sauce, etc.are in the souvenir section, so it would be a good idea to stop by at the end of your itinerary. Wherever you go, Walmart has a wide variety of Korean ramen and is the cheapest. Children's boogie boards can be purchased for under $20, and car boosters can be purchased for around $20.

There are so many fantastic people who work for Walmart. They are all kind and will assist you as a member of their community and will make you feel as a member of their family. They are lead by adequate members of management who don’t see that the small tasks of others responsibilities are beneath them. After several attempts to resolve a problem I was having Manager Troy took me aside and personally resolved a problem that I should have been responsible for myself. It took little effort on his side but his show of integrity was almost overwhelming. Thank you to all of the staff.

Convenient location, with 24 hour friendly service. Walmart is near Ala Moana Shopping Center on Keeaumoku Street. One can access the shopping center from all directions. There is plenty of parking on ground level and multi-story adjacent parking structure. They offer a wide variety of products including food items, fruits, dairy and meat products, and vegetables. Their's is a wide selection of non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages. Walmart offers a broad selection of various size men's, women's and children clothing, sportswear and shoes. Their selection of camping and fishing gear is extensive. Their vast selection of household items is unbelieveable. And, they feature a very large electronics department. It's an amazing multi-product, one stop store too extensive to adequately describe here. Please check them out and see for yourself. They have everything you'd want and need! Well, it seems that way!

I would not ever visit this walmart. There are so many homeless people there. The bottom of the escalator smelled like a urinal. If you can visit another store.

It turned out that Walmart doesn't sell fresh meat? Apart from that, everything's great. A huge store with a wide range of products. Parking next door. Shop in the city center.

Busiest Walmart I've ever been to, but far better prices than anything found in Waikiki.

As always, great prices and a large variety of items in many, many different areas, from snacks to gardening and clothing to produce. Great location with multi-level, covered parking.

Decent, guaranteed taste at a reasonable price. Among the chain Bangkok chefs, parking is easy, the restaurant is clean, and the service is friendly. Food service is fast and good

There are many Hawaiian souvenirs. You can look elsewhere and buy it here. I have pineapple jelly.

Walmart. Simple no game pricing that keeps it easy for families. They have some name brand food items and knock off value brands.

Big box chain store with (mostly) what you need.some workers here are extremely rude and untrained in customer service skills.they look actually bothered when you ask for help lol what’s up with that?
