Wendy's, Pearl City HI

So tried the pumpkin spice frosty that was good. But ordered sour cream potatoes and got no sour cream or condiments for it. So that was the only disappointment

I went during breakfast but was able to order lunch as long as I was willing to wait. Food was fresh but I think I just wanted something else and only went there out of convenience.

Food is great, the only thing is when you order a sandwich the inside is hot but the bun is cold? The same manager that services me. Always gets my order wrong.it's like she only hear's what you say last. I just don't get it. It's happened more then once.it's just to funny

Nice location in Pearl City near shopping and residential areas. Close to Whole Foods and Sam's Club. This is a spacious location with a large parking lot and a nice drive-through. Interior seating was very spacious and well kept. Food was prepared and ready quickly. Staff was helpful and courteous as well. We will be back of we are in the neighborhood.

Was not given my receipt. Manager on duty Liz. Fish sandwich solid as rock. Spicy chicken no pickles and Dave's single was 2 other sandwiches. Messy wrapping. You can tell they took no pride

First time going into this location and there were dozens of flies in the room as well as a cockroach just walking across the floor. I usually do drive thru but I won't even do that anymore.

This is my favorite Wendy's. Customer service is way better at this location compared to the other locations on Oahu. Food is good, wait time is minimal and dinning area is fairly clean.

Got my order wrong and the freshness of the food was absent. If you're craving Wendy's, the better spot is off of Puuloa.

When your hungry you need a quick bite Wendy's will work. We were disappointed no Frosty. How do you eat Wendy's fries without a Frosty?

Workers served Drive through before even attempting to serve any dine in customers. They looked at us as I'd we were ghost standing watching them. What a shame. We've watched 8 cars place orders and get meals before anyone came up to the cash register to place an order. No apologies for the wait time but attitude from the workers. Never will go to that specific Wendy's again. I'll eat elsewhere.
