The process was also very fast as long as we sent all the required documents. And even so, if something was not at hand, Roberto Rivera helped us by looking for solutions. Great experience. At first, I was hesitant receiving unsolicited mail. Did some research on the company, and saw they have a loan officer on island. Bobby was upfront and open with rate and costs associated with loan. Both Bobby and loan processor were fast and responsive. Very satisfied!
