Wiki Wai Carwash reviews
20All the people in there at work there they're friendly bays are pretty big I have a big huge bus and so it's good to have someone helping you cuz it'll cost more money but for the price everything is really good it's a good place if you got something big to wash and this is my bus
Terrible.hardly any soap on the soapy function. Got home with a dirty car after spending 20 minutes washing and rinsing car off.
The vacuum hoses always need some work, although this time they weren't broken yay! Good job.
So difficult to get into and out of the stalls. Signage on charge board is so old and faded, it is impossible to determine what service is being purchased. No human assistance available.
What Maui really needs is a good car wash that does the inside! You are right. My inital reveiew WAS unfair. Wiki Wai is a fine HANDHELD DIY car wash. My gripe is the lack of a thorough in and out car wash on this side. Drivig to Lahaina to get a car wash in and out is ridiculous. I would pay $50 easy or more for that service for me.
Great little car wash spot. Some of the card readers are finicky and it’s a little bit worn down in spots but I’ve been able to clean my car the way I wanted to every time I’ve gone so full points for that. Plus it’s right next to the kfc so I often pop over for a lil snack after.
Wiki Wai car wash- a cautionary tale.
I don’t know how this place is in the day time (it’s hard to imagine it’s much better) but we took our rental here to clean it up around 7: 30 PM and it was not a nice experience. The place looked like a total dump, with the trash cans overflowing and a person rooting around in them. We decided to skip the vacuums, and the dumpster diving man, and just wash the car since we couldn’t find another car wash that was open (we tried three other locations). Also, someone else was there washing their car so we thought we would just hurry and it would be ok. As we were feeding coins into the slot a person in a high end SUV came pulling in and I thought, oh good, the more people the better. However, as we were washing away (using the VERY worn out brush), the car drove over to the “trash man” and talked to him for a minute, exchanged something, then drove away. Then a minute later another car came rolling in and the same thing happened. In the five minutes we were there a total of four cars pulled in. Not one washed or vacuumed their car, but just appeared to be waiting to speak to the trash guy. It seemed apparent that these dealings were not above board. We didn’t feel safe and wanted to get out of there as fast as possible so we quickly rinsed the car and threw the wet mats in the back and left. On our way out we saw several people standing around the dumpster and then noticed the trash guy was IN IT. And that sums it up.
Moral of the story, don’t procrastinate! Wash your car earlier in the day when another car wash is open and don’t end up in this drug dealing dump!
The wash was perfect, but the specific vaccum I used at the very end by the janitors closet vaccum was very slow and didn't suck as well as needed.
Overall a great place lots of people were there but it was a quick moving pace wasn't a line but just a cars wait to get a good quality wash! Thank you guys
DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. There are many other options on island and they all obviously try harder and care more about their job. Business is tough. And this place is not fit to survive.
However if you for some reason are looking for a place where most of the equipment is broken and the staff will hardly talk to you, and what vacuums do work don't work anymore powerfully than any basic home vacuum. This is the spot.
Also bring some hand sanitizer cuz their equipment will break on you and dump weeks worth of other people's trash all over your hands.
Also bring plenty cash because it's apparently still the 1970s at this dump and they don't have anything with a credit card.
Place also looks like a war torn wasteland too. And that was before the storm. Lol
Complete trash.
We were referred to Wiki Wai for severe undercarriage debris and mud removal after last week’s torrential rain and flash flooding.
Lee and Andy acted quickly to accommodate us. We’re were worried about doing damage to our vehicle if debris was not removed quickly.
Andy brought in his own risers to lift car and get underneath to ensure he removed all the debris. He worked unbelievably hard, under and around the vehicle for well over 2 hours.
We are so grateful for his hard work! We were in need of help and they came to our rescue!
Mahalo Andy and Lee!

Really hard to get into when packed. Good prices and only self serve car wash on the island I'm pretty sure. There is no back road for enter just the one entrance. So if there are tons of trucks in the way it is hard to navigate around. Other than that it's good!
It has the basics of a manual car wash. Useful for convertibles. $15.00 for a 20min cycle, you choose the settings and how long with a total 20min limit, but continues to charge your card unless you push the "stop wash" button. It will then refund you the remaining unused time in 4min increments which is 5.00 each 4min. Unfortunately, it doesn't any rinse aid solution which beads the water. Definitely needed the wash due to the water restrictions upcountry.
It was quick everything worked as it should no crack heads messed with me at all they all kept to themselves very good self wash
It’s the service that counts here. Not the most modern or spacious but it gets the job done. What really impressed me was the attendant. Not sure if he was the manager/owner or the full time attendant but he was really attentive to the customers. Chatting with people, helping them out, even gave someone additional time when the meter ran out. Like I said, might not be the most modern but the service is what counts.
Not many self serve car washes on the island. We had to go here to get our Turo rental car super clean before we returned it. Using quarters is kinda weird and I wish they were set up for credit cards. The vacuum was decent and the water too. I bought a towel from the dispenser to dry it off. The towel didn't dry off the whole thing so I used my tank top for the rest of the job.
Easy in, easy out.they wash your car before you enter the wash. I would definitely go back!
The job that we did was good, but I watched the time and price as my boyfriend was washing the car. The price was only $4.74, and I stopped it, but 20 mins later my boyfriend got a notification saying the carwash charged him $15 dollars. I know he did not spend that much for the water to run for 5 mins.
Old school, wash it yourself.plenty soap and high pressure water. Just washed my truck for 4bucks, that's hard to beat! This place makes me happy.
Stopped there on way to pick up friend at airport and to my surprise, the owner pops up and offers a free wash, /wax. Mahalo uni Loa. Will do my next wash there for sure! Excellent Products and facility
It's awesome place I love going there for five bucks you can wash your car and vacuum
