Went here to get shoes ordered by my job, the people there are very professional and will try to help you find the right shoe for your type of job

I work construction. I need the safest and most comfortable possible. They always deliver the highest quality boot. I've been buying my boots here for years. Prices are very reasonable. Customer service is beyond any other store.

Family run business that has all kinds of work shoes. Everyone here is very helpful and knowledgeable. They only thing is the parking isn't so great.

They've got personal custom fitting. Their prices are good. If appreciate individual attention and personal service this is your store.

TL;DR - Poor customer service, charging above retail, limited selection, limited sizes, no color choices.

We had seen lots of great reviews for the store, and were planning on buying shoes when we went in. Their selection was limited to one shoe in one color, so we were going to buy it to support local businesses even though the shoe wasn't the brand we wanted.

We sat for a minute to look at the manufacturer website to see if the shoe came in any other colors so we could order them through the store if there was a color we liked. The staff had been very kind up until this point but suddenly all three of the staff (despite the others being with customers) in rapid fire tried to shame us for looking online saying "We're not a place to just try on stuff. We're a local business and to keep our prices down if you're not going to buy it you shouldn't even come in. Don't waste our time. " They then grabbed the shoe and took it away, so we left. I was suspicious about this behaviour, and so I looked up the exact shoe price online.

Turns out they were charging more than retail - even the manufacturer was selling it for $60 less. No wonder they acted that way, and I'm glad we didn't buy there. I love supporting local businesses, but not when they treat customers like the enemy. We ended up going to another local shop and buying a better shoe there.

After over a decade, I decided to convert from steel toe to composite toe boots. I was in the area & decided to stop at Work Shoe Hawai'i. BIG MISTAKE!
I was assisted by Susan upon entry. She was rude & condescending while assisting me! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Another sales associate intervened & suggested a pair of boots. I reluctantly purchased the boots (my steel toes were falling apart) and immediately had buyers remorse. I returned the boots the next week. I refuse to patronize a business who treats customers badly.

The staff is very knowledgeable about the product that they sale and they make you feel comfortable, and the prices are reasonable. I recommend them to all my friends.

Went there just to see their prices which was quite reasonable I actually bought a pair of work boots the day before at a well known place for work boots But what made it worth my time at work shoes hawaii was their professional and well trained knowledgeable staff also very friendly felt the aloha as soon as I walked through the door and to me that was the most important aspect of any type of business mahalo god bless to all of you at work shoes hawaii I highly recommend everyone to at least come check it out you will not be disappointed Aloha

Customer service was so excellent, fast and they new on hand what's best for there customers. Especially with my arch situation they new how to make sure it fits me properly.

Tiny showroom. A bit pricey. Decent selection, including steel-toed options. A bit pushy with customer service when I just wanted to look first. Found what I needed.

Very helpful and friendly staffs. There are precautions on how many people could be in the store all at once which made me feel safe, and I got tips on which shoes to buy for a certain field. This is a really great work boots/shoes store!

100% will be back, the staff was incredibly kind and helpful, got to have a nice conversation with one of them while they helped me find the perfect shoes, thank you guys
