World War II Valor in the Pacific National Monument reviews
11Beautiful, somber memorial to those killed in the attack. The grounds are lovely and the museum was informative.
Our country needs to be reminded of how we maintain our freedoms. It is so sad how these men and women have sacrificed for us and some just want to flush that down the toilet for selfish gain.
Very soulful place to visit. Between the National Park and Navy they operated the organization to a very well ran site. Its a must when in Honolulu.
Very hard to not be moved by this memorial. It is spectacular along with the boat ride to get to it.
My family enjoyed visiting the USS Arizona. Although it was such a sad reminder in history it was a memory that I will never forget.
It was a wonderful experience, a must see for all Americans. I only took the tour once, but I have spent hours sitting on Nob Hill watching visitors come and go. Wonderful place to reflect.
Be sure to leave time for the Bowfin museum and Submarine tour. If it wasn't for the Bowfin, the war could have ended much differently.
On Super Bowl Sunday, the boats to the Memorial were suspended at 10: 30 am. It was cloudy with no wind to speak of and radar showed ALL of the weather going WELL north of Pearl Harbor. Apparently, some folks wanted to see the game. BUMMER.
We were not allowed to go out to the Arizona due to “high seas and lightning” but there weren’t high seas nor lightning. We’re pretty sure everyone just wanted to watch the super bowl. Very disappointing.
Very good visit. Everything was clearly shown and explained. Lots of information and things to learn about WWII.
What a humbling experience. Loved how it was presented.
Bought so many souvenirs to remember our visit. Hard not to shed a tear.
