Company needs to think of how customers can easily identify Zumiez staff in store. Perhaps a Zumiez branded lanyard. Simple things like this can make customer experience better.

was looking for Salty Crew shirts and long sleeves. Daniel was very helpful, helped me look on the rack below the t shirts and asked me about long sleeves also what color I was looking for. He went over to the rack of long sleeves and kept looking, I also looked but he suggested why not check online? He told me all the colors he saw also let me take a look at front and back of the shirts and long sleeves. I was so happy there was one I liked. Because he let me see all that was in stock, I want to buy more now. He helped me place order and have it shipped to home. The whole time Daniel was very patient and helpful:)

Staff are always so nice and greeting when entering and leaving.

Let me be clear here. This store has awesome clothes and wind breakers. However, the staff aren’t professional at all. What kind of staff swears left and right and plays around when they’re on their shift? The person who was helping me with my purchase didn’t even know how to use the cashiering machine and they couldn’t care less if they did something wrong. The staff really reflects on what kind of store this is.and it was so unsettling and uncomfortable.

This place had awesome jackets! Granted they don't really need them. Being from Colorado I hit a few gems. Price was reasonable for what I was getting. Would definitely stop here again if I'm in the area.

Love the customer service and the apparel they have are amazing great hats too overall it's an awesome place to go to

I lived on my island my whole life, heard people talk moke before. I completely don’t undersfand what caused this dude to greet me using moke. It never felt so cringey like I actually felt bad for the dude. I think he was their manager too LMAOOOO. Please ask someone how to talk moke or teach your people how to talk so you don’t scare away your local costumers.but idgi why would ppl wanna shop here anyways.honestly looks like stuff I would buy from stores online, just buy it online people. Brands they sell have cuter stuff online. This store is a joke

Guys here were great help! Was in honolulu for a limited time and they were helpful enough to order my size in a limited edition t-shirt in a few days! Managers and workers all helpful!

I go hear all the time, good customer service, and amazing selection of clothes, shoes, etc. 5 stars all the way.
