Got eyelash extensions here and they ripped all my natural lashes off. Not to mention, the eyelashes were applied to my EYELID, NOT my lashes. Within a week of having them my lash line had swelled and become red, puffy, and extremely irritated. I could hardly open my eyes so I went to have them removed. Upon going to get them removed, another tech asked where I got them done because they were done incorrectly, I told her one of her coworkers did them and I still paid full price for the removal. In my opinion as a customer, as well as someone who has worked in customer service, I should not have been charged for the removal, and I would’ve liked my money back for having my lashes ruined, as well as for the time and pain I went through with this place. Highly would not recommend to anyone.

I got eyelash extensions from Bella Ruelas. I had a reaction to the glue; she was able to remove my lashes the same day I called her. Later, after my eyes felt better, she found a glue that was a better fit for my sensitive eyes. Highly recommended. Would not go anywhere else!

Tanaya did my nails and they were everything I wanted. I dont wear nails often and usually have been disappointed when trying a new nail tech. I was never able to find one that would listen to me until my appointment with her.

Another thing I want to acknowledge is that I walked in and no one had a free slot so I asked the receptionist other recommendations since I wanted to get them done that day.

She recommended another popular place. I called and went in to the other place only to be treated unprofessionally.

I decided to wait til the next day and just go to OhSo. I'm so glad I did! Props to the receptionist for not being a hater! That made me want to come back.

My new favorite place, AWESOME customer service, and great pricing. I highly recommend Oh'So.

I've been getting my nails done religiously for the past 5 years of my life, and this amazing full service salon had the best nail tech I've ever had the pleasure of paying. Hanna does amazing and precise work, for a fare price! No nail tech wants to try to read your mind on design, but Hanna was so creative in her ideas with mine!
