Thank you for seeing our daughter while we were out of town! We appreciated having same day testing available—especially on a holiday weekend.

I took a home COVID test and it came back positive. I was experiencing a sore throat, aches & pains, running nose.
I saw Jami Silflow at Capital City Family Medicine. She and her nurse were very thorough & cautious about my in-person visit.
They placed me on Paxlovid & suggested I get my prescription filled at Albertson’s Pharmacy because they knew that Rite Aid (the place I get most of my prescriptions filled) didn’t have a pharmacist on-duty. That suggestion prevented us from a very long wait & frustration!

Was seen promptly, treated kindly and felt I was listened to. Waj is a good primary care physician.

You have really retained the best people and even though I felt so sick, the front office made me laugh which felt good with how bad I felt.

Dr. Halliday was thoughtful, informative, and answered all of my questions. She was very involved in our conversations, and treated me with kindness and respect. She is a five star doctor! Her assistant was very kind and professional.

Dropped in w/o appt and was able to see a doctor within minutes. Very professional and issue resolved within 48 hours by prescription.

Dr. Munn is a true gem. I appreciate how genuine she is and that she never makes me feel rushed in her exam.

I have been a patient here since 2013. I lately have had the worst experiences. All the way from actual medical care, to customer service at the front desk, to simply getting the medications I need refilled.nightmare. I am so done with this place. I would highly recommend going anywhere else. Even the ER Dr I had to see 6 HOURS after my appointment here where they said it was "allergies" told me never to return to this place. If other doctors in the valley are noticing a decline in the care at St Lukes, you should too.

I was surprised to find that the office I used to go to for my doctor appointment was closed due to lack of staff. Other than that, everything was like a regular doctor appointment. You still have to wear a mask and now they give you a tablet to do a mental health/suicide survey.

Love Dr. Munn she has always been great with my kids. Wonderful bed side manner and makes sure to answer all my questions. So sad to be moving and losing her as my kids doctor.

I have always had a wonderful experince with this clinic until today. I called the clinic for reoccurring symptoms after just having finished a round of antiobiotics. I called because I was experiencing great discomfort. I spoke with a woman who said her name was Jennifer. When I explained I had just been in the office a week ago and had seen a nurse practitioner. Jennifer asked me my name, address, and birthdate. I gave her all my information. Jennifer then told me I had not been at their clinic and that I called the wrong place. When I confirmed the clinic location she asked again for my name, address and birthdate. Jennifer then proceeded to tell me I was calling the wrong clinic. I asked again if this was the clinic on state street and if my Dr. Jennifer Holiday was a dr at this location. She confirmed it was the same location. Again we went through the process of verifying my name, address and birthdate. She then proceeded to tell me that I should call tommorrow to see if someone could help. When I asked to speak to a dr.or nurse practitoner she very rudely said she would send a message. JENNIFER IS SO RUDE and I cant believe they let this woman talk to patients this way!

All staff get an A+. Seen by Dr extremely fast. He spent time asking questions and listening to my concerns.

Engaging and easy check up nothing major asked all the questions that might need to be asked in this date in time and appropriate questions for the stage of life amazing communication
