This place is one of a kind! Amazing amenities, luxurious apartments, & such friendly & helpful staff! I highly recommend renting with this property!

You pay extra for beautiful amenities but they are not available. Most positive reviews on here are the friends of staff trying to disguise bad reviews. They removed the ability to leave more reviews due to bad ones. You will not be listened to or given solutions, you will just get the same dissapointing answers repeated over and over. I would remove my negative review if they would make things right becuase it could be such a cool place but I feel it is the only way I can be heard. After my negative review they posted signs around the community offering a $100 reward for positive reviews but the only review they got was another upset tennant so they removed the ability to leave reviews. The only amenity that is truly available is the gym, which is very nice with beautiful views. On the tour they show you the amazing pool, clubhouse, ping pong/playstation area, conference room, fire pit areas and fire places, bike storage, dog wash, etc.but none of these are available for use. I get it that it is a newer place so some things are still coming available slowly but that's not how it was sold to us. There is no time line and the same answer is repeated to watch for an email. My boys went to go play ping pong but they were told by the office staff that there were no ping pong balls, they then wanted to play playstation but were told there are no games, the pool and hot tub are closed, the bike storage and dog wash are closed, algae is covering the beach area, the clubhouse and conference room are only available during their office business hours due to a lock "not being installed", fire pit areas are not functioning, indoor bike storage is closed. The place really is so amazing but it ends up in dissapointment at every corner when you cannot use anything you are paying for and you are not given any timeline on when you can use them. It feels like they don't want you to use any of their amenities.

Very difficult to work with, unreasonable, not flexible, and will not budge to help you even when it is thier own fault. Quoted us one price for short term lease and then increased it by $200 two weeks later. They would not honor the original quoted price. Upon move in they told us the wrong amount of prorated rent to pay and even had that amount on the fully executed contract. The amount was paid with cashiers check then they called back an hour later after giving me the keys to say the ammount was actually higher than the check I brought by $65 and they had made a mistake in the price on the contract and what they quoted me. They would not accept payment for the $65 in any form other than another cashiers check. It took 4 hours of arguing and going back and forth to get them to budge and let me pay the $65 online. I did so instantly. They seem nice at first but are not reasonable and do not seem to actually care about the people that move in. You are a number, not a person to them. All business. I would love for them to make this situation right but that seems laughable due to how unwilling they are to work with people. They will only have it their way even if they are wrong. Their contract is held over your head but they consider themselves above the signed terms to their own contract. I was willing to compromise and work with thiem and their mistake even when it was thier mistake but they would not. Had I known they would be this way I never would have made this my temporary home. Look elsewhere. The place is new and beautiful but ask yourself if it's worth the headache before moving in. Good luck.

I'll be the first one in the 'lake'. Right after the landlord flings his or herself in.

The manager, NATALIE was extremely arguementative after quoting me one price and locking it in and then now saying it would actually be a different price come move in day. We had already paid for the application and administrative fee. And were ready to sign our actual contract. After letting many other locations go to come to this place, we were forced to pay the HIGHER price. With no where else to go. We would have liked to been given a “heads up” that the price was going up SIGNIFICANTLY! After only a few weeks! Basically we feel LIED TO! Now we have to pay thousands more dollars than we discussed weeks previous. After trying to negotiate, they would NOT BUDGE. They are all friendly to your face, but then we feel backstabbed. The place is pretty and hope ours stay will be ok but entering new territory with bad vibes going in.
Renters BEWARE! Save yourself a headache and rent somewhere else!

There’s a lot of new places to live in Treasure Valley with all the new people moving here, but I was exceptionally impressed with how great The Clara is. The grounds are beautiful, the apartments are more luxurious than expected, and the staff have been such a great help. I definitely recommend.

I'm not sure who all these people giving one stars reviews are but most of them definitely don't live at the Clara! Complaining that a brand new outdoor pool is closed in October. Some people just want to feel outraged about things!

These are gorgeous apartments with super friendly office staff! The pool/gym/clubhouse area is probably the nicest i've ever seen at an apartment complex.

Would give a zero if I could. The absolute worst customer service and dishonest behavior. Terrible management, do not recommend this place. Rent somewhere else.

One of the most gorgeous properties I've ever seen! Stunning amenities, huge gym, kind and professional leasing staff, and pet friendly! Highly recommend to anybody looking for a beautiful apartment in Eagle.

I loved the Clara from the moment I saw the complex. The amenities are the best. The staff is always friendly and willing to help, and they follow through. It's a great place to live.

Charging a premium for amenities that are unavailable

Pool has been broken for months.

Pond is nasty.

No estimate as to when things will be up and running.

The traffic on linder is pretty heavy.

Gorgeous location, secure, and very modern. Have not seen a more beautiful community in the valley. Staff are friendly and reasonable.
