The lady we dealt with was Logan. She was incredibly unprofessional and gave us the run around. Would say she would call us back same day & wouldn’t for about a week. We were told we would be getting our $200 app fee back… it’s been over 2 months and have yet to receive that back, despite calling multiple times and having an email stating we would be getting it back. She continuously “messes up” the return address for the check, and will not call us back.

Incredibly high prices for rent and utilities no matter what type of apartment you get! The apartment complex numbers are also on the tippy top of buildings making it hard to locate or deliver things and don't post them elsewhere on the complexes. Everything is cheaply made, they just build more apartments to get more money even though they are well off all around.all they care about is renting everything as quickly as possible for more money, takes forever to have something fixed. Management is constantly changing and every time is very unprofessional and rude. They don't do anything about neighbors who are causing you problems or if someone needs help, they say they will note it or work on it and send someone but as problems persist nothing comes of it. The management acts like an HOA and is picky on anything you do even if you have a patio, even if you just want to have some lights, put something on the wall, doesn't matter time of year, bill on top of bill and even more if you have to live month to month lease or not. You cannot feel at home or make it like your home here no matter what you do. $500 for an extra parking garage if you have numerous people living in the apartment (only give you one designated spot to park otherwise.) on top of 5x the rent, or a co-signer, app fee, security deposit which you'll never get back no matter what or how good you keep the apartment, first and last months rent are you kidding me? Good luck. You want to make sure you're "average" or "low" compared to other renters in the area but Post Falls just became more expensive to live in than CDA is! Management will hound you down no matter how good you are too. Walls are also paper thin and you can hear neighbors slam every door, have sex at all hours through the night or have domestic disputes, hear neighbors mistreat their animals.nothing but issues! I do not recommend living here unless you wanna be even more miserable and broke.

In my opinion, incredibly cheap and overpriced. Some of the cheapest siding money can buy, the heating system consists of a few baseboard heaters and a few wall heaters controlled independently with knobs. Sometimes they don't turn on, and sometimes they won't shut off. The hot tub I have only seen used once by anyone other than me in my 7 months, and it was barely warmer than a pool when I did. Not to mention the maintenance sign on the gate last time I intended to use it. The gym I consider minimalist, and the elliptical has been broken the entire time I've been here. I would be disappointed to pay half of what I am for this apartment.

We lived here for a year and a half. When we first moved in, the requirements were security deposit, pet deposit, and background check. The property was full of great people.
But in the last eight months, we lived there crime started to rise, neighbors didn't care about the rules, and seemed to be a lot of suspicious activity going on

I’m honestly disappointed. In the time I have been here management in the front office has changed multiple times and each time the chaos gets worse and worse. I am not directly blaming the staff but without consistency you cannot run a business. This complex has a lot of vehicle brake-ins a lot of unhappy tenants and they don’t respond to anything expect to silence you without answers. The amount of rent and utilities is high for the area and then they do last minute unnecessary changes. For example the day that this new company was rolling over for renters insurance they sent out an email 40 min before they closed and it was supposed to be submitted before the 1st which was the day they had sent the email. So everyone got charged an additional fee for renters insurance. And then they changed the address for who it was supposed to be for and most people pay for a year. So now you get to jump through hoops to fix that. The only consistent person in that office is Ashlee who honestly is great. She’s the only person that answers emails or phone calls. I tried my best to be a good tenant and not complain but honestly. After being silenced over a simple question about safety for the tenants including myself. I feel this is the only way to not be silenced again.

Visited sister for a weekend here. Beautiful apartments offering up to 3 bedrooms with 2 baths (sisters apt) beautifully landscaped with swimming pool, clubhouse and gym. Also a community gas BBQ, walking trails and dog park. Very nice.

It used to be a nice place till they changed ownership, I sent in my 30 day notice on their web site and they conveniently can’t find it. I am now stuck with paying another month of rent

Will tell you you will need a cosigner, (THAT MAKES 5X THE RENT. 9K A MONTH! WHAT A JOKE) if your credit isn't good but will not call references, employers or current rental landlord to get any information. I have verified with my employer, references and landlord that they have no called. We have the income, savings to move in, no evictions, and great references but the ONLY thing they look at is credit so if you are lacking, do not bother. They will not call you back to tell you are denied, they'll send an email that goes to junk mail, they know this and will tell you when you call because you haven't heard anything. They don't care about who the residents are, they only want those application fees. When you email back, Ashley will not respond to any email after saying if you have any questions, to email back, it's been a week. They won't give you answers over the phone just tell you to look at the rental report that literally says nothing. So seriously, do not waste your money or time. They are mediocre apartments for very high prices, you don't get assigned parking for all vehicles, there is drug addicts living in the place, you are across the road from the freeway.not sure why they think their property is worth so much.

Like a lot of Landlord thieves they keep raising the rent.they build all these apartment$ and NO GUEST PARKING! So random people are parking in your spot constantly.the little guest parking they do have is a football field and 1/2 away. MONEY TALKS! Rent somewhere else

It should be noted that a new management and maintenance team took over not too long ago. I would say any previous bad reviews primarily revolve around the previous management team, however the new management and maintenance team is far superior.

The new team is very helpful. Anytime I've had a concern or inquiry, the property management has dealt with it right away, or answered my question thoroughly. If there is a maintenance concern, it is dealt with often the very same day and done right the first time.

We just had a major snow storm and during that snow storm, the maintenance team was working all day to keep the snow shoveled and the walkways salted. I am so glad to have the new team in here and they deserve every 5 star review they get. The review may seem a little over the top, but the new team is truly a breath of fresh air.

One of the worst housing situations I’ve ever seen. The units are priced like luxury apartments in Spokane but there’s nothing special. Vinyl floors ugly beige countertops and carpet. Old school burner stove and old fridge. The units usually come with a brown beige paint which is so effin 2000’s, my great grandma woulda been a fan In 1970. Terrible parking situation with most of them being covered and then the few uncovered spots are taken by neighbors second cars they permanently park there. Nothing good is nearby, no mall, no target, and only expensive grocery stores like super 1. Closest living experience to Cheney I’ve ever been in. Not to mention the leasing office is usually a nightmare to deal with. Don’t waste your time and money here.

I can't give this place more than a star when everyday I have to walk to my apartment from across the entire complex due to lack of parking. Email from over a year ago said they would fix the issue and nothing has been done.

I love our complex. Thank you to Ashley and the girls in the front office. There was a maintenance issue in the apartment below us they needed to come in our apartment. We had Noah and Wade as the maintenance workers. They were quick polite and very clean. I appreciate how respectful I mean ends workers were to our home thank you.

Recently renewed our lease after living here for two years. Very pleased with how quickly management addresses any maintenance issues. Property is new and well maintained and hard to find anything nearly as nice in the area.
