Orthodontic Experts, Hillside IL

I visited Orthopedic Experts in Hillside today 2/22/24 to start my son’s orthopedic treatment. The staff were so friendly and amazing. Starting with Jessica. She works in the finance department and was so kind. She gave me to many payment plan options and went over how the payment plan would work. Dr. Torres’s was also very kind! I look forward to working with this company.

My 1st time here at Orthodontic Experts and everyone here was/is so nice and super professional. I came here because I was checking out prices for clear liners. All other place was to expensive. Here they'll work with you, and so a payment plan. I will begin my treatment in March and I will be back with another review.

If I can give this place a zero I would. Horrible place! I wasted my time taking my son here when his bracket was loose. I normally go to the Orland location and unfortunately with the dental emergency they were not open that Wednesday. He just needed the bracket placed and they just cut it and claimed they couldn’t treat him because they didn’t have his file and didn’t know what treatment he is getting. Don’t come here if you have a dental emergency these people are lazy!

My oldest baby getting his braces done; he was so nerves but the team is so sweet and so welcoming that he wasn’t as nerves anymore I also want to say Jessica was amazing, she helped and explained everything.

Our experience has been great. Dr. Torres took the time to talk with us, answer questions, and was very engaging with my daughter. The process made my daughter feel very comfortable.

Amazing staff, everyone is very friendly and polite. They explained everything extremely well and answered every question I had.

My son’s teeth are coming along and they do great on seeing him when he needs his braces repaired. It is nice that they do points to earn to receive gift cards.

Everyone at this location is very helpful and supportive. Cici made me feel very comfortable with my financing options and getting started with my Invisalign. My treatment went very smooth and I love my outcome. Highly Recommend!

Very friendly staff, you’re always greeted once you walk in. Took my daughter for braces and liked how they explained everything from beginning to end on what she has to do. Will recommend this place to family and friends.
