It had been years since I had seen a dentist. I’m very happy I choose to go to Aspen Dental. The entire staff was helpful and friendly and Aaliyah the dental assistant who helped me was amazing! I was nervous and anxious but her friendly attitude went a long way towards making me feel comfortable.

I went in on my first visit with a positive attitude as I was referred to Aspen by a coworker. I came in seeking implants as I had a pair of dentures from another facility that just weren't working for me. On my first visit, and with talking to the dentist, I specifically stated that I was seeking implants. My mistake was giving in to him when he kept insisting on me to give him a chance to make a pair of dentures that would be far better than the pair I already had. I made it very clear that I just wanted to be able to eat without my dentures falling out AND without having to use adhesives. The dentist stated that I would have "no issues" with that if I gave him a chance to make a better fitting pair than what I had already. Granted the dentist and all the staff were very friendly but I wanted implants like I asked for. Long story short, the new dentures finally came in and I had the same troubles with them as I did my old ones. I expressed to the dentist that they just weren't fitting right and he made some small adjustments. None of which helped. He then called a woman into the room who actually made the dentures. She also made some adjustments which again, did not work. I informed her that the adjustments didn't change anything and she clearly stated that she wasn't going to do anymore to them and that I just needed to try them for a couple weeks. Yet I was scheduled to come in just 4 days later for a follow up where again I stated to the dentist and to the woman who made them that they were not working for me. She did some more adjustments and then had a permanent liner put in them which totally ruined what little use I was getting out of the dentures. After which it was stated to me by another staff member that I was free to go and that I didn't need to come back anymore as I had finished all my follow up visits. Nothing I had to say about how poor they were fitting or working for me was listened to by the dentist or the woman who made them on my last 2 appointments. I was made to feel as if my concerns and complaints meant nothing to them. They received their final payment for the new dentures and made money off of me and I no longer mattered to them. It's been a couple, few weeks now and I am once again left with another pair of dentures that don't work for me. And here I am out all the money I spent on them when what I wanted and specifically asked for was implants. Absolutely appalled at how little I was listened to in the end. They make it all about you and your happiness until they manage to collect the last payment from you.

Staff was all so friendly & nice. Dentist that talked with me was also friendly & super informative. He made sure I knew all of the information I needed, and make sure I understood everything I was unclear about

Super nice staff, work with payment plans & getting bad teeth fixed quickly! Lots of availability & times for working ppl to come get teeth fixed!:)

I went for an emergency visit and I knew my tooth was probably infected. I am terrified to go to the dentist. From the beginning of getting x-rays to the very end to getting financed, my experience was wonderful. The staff is exceptional and the doctor was exceptional as well. He came in and told me everything that needed to be done (starting with antibiotics for my infected tooth!). He then explained the options I had. Then the hygienist came in and once again she was exceptional and very good at her job. On to the office manager we go.now we all know, DENTAL INSURANCE SUCKS! The financial representative told me the cost and my insurance would only cover half. Then we were pre-approved for financial assistance; however, when were actually approved, it wasn't for the full amount I was going to owe. The representative asked if I wanted to remove procedures that weren't a concern for me at this time. She got it down for half of what my original cost! So now I am going to be able to get the most important dental work done (sure, it's a loan and I will have monthly payments) ; however, I am more than happy to get the financial help I needed because of the good work of the financial representative giving me options and doing what it took to make sure my most important dental work could be done!

Very good-staff friendly, courteous. The only complaint I have is when you go to the financial area, it isn't private/confidential. Everyone hears-even the waiting area

I was at the Southport office to get an extraction. From the time I walked through the door, the entire staff was courteous and professional. I was nervous and one of the staff even asked what kind of music I liked and played it during the procedure to help me stay calm. I am so thankful for them. They turned an unpleasant situation into a positive experience! Thank you!

Almost every single person was welcoming! Aaliya was off the charts! We had a great time during my visit - it was like we were old friends! Courtney was great - knew her stuff - thought she was the dentist at first. And, Dr. Ton - awesome! Can't wait to get started on my new smile.

I was a previous client. I’m a home health CNA and I went to another place with my client. Worse customer service experience ever! So I said you know what let’s go where I know there is professional courtesy in the office and they truly love their clients and go above and beyond for their people. Aspen dental on Southport Road by 65 he said ok 2 days later we was in and done! We purchased his needs and start the next step in the process next week. Love Dr. Ton and his team!

The room was so hot even after they tried to turn down the temperature twice. I felt like was getting stuck to the chair. Otherwise everything was fine. They were flexible, answered all my questions, and they provided good education.

Was made very comfortable. They did a very thorough job on the x-rays without pain. Everyone was very kind and sweet and was able to help without any problems.

Worst dentists in Indiana commercial robbery they don’t care about you or your health simply your pockets get a second opinion from a real dentist and you’ll find the same.

I had some issues at first with my denture but the lab tech Chris was very good at fixing all my issues. She did an amazing job. The staff is amazing. Thank you

I went in for a check-in and the staff was very friendly! I was walked through the process and everything was explained to me and shown to me visually so I can understand the treatment plan!

Finally reaching longer term dental goals thanks to a proactive staff! They were able to squeeze me in for work to avoid additional risk from a chipped tooth same day. Very informative and on your side.

All of the staff that worked with me were so kind, welcoming and came up with treatment plan that works best for me. They took very good care of me at Aspen Dental!
