I had a horrible experience. I had a root canal done with a cap, and the cap was misaligned. Food kept getting stuck in between the tooth. When I brought it up, there was an Asian lady who claimed to be 'owner' of the group. She was extremely defensive, rude, would not listen to me, and condescending. It was as if I was the problem for bringing up my concern. I would not go again. They are fine with you as long as everything is going well only and you don't bring up any concerns.

This place was absolutely nice people and staff was very helpful in helping me work out something in order to get tooth extracted thank you so much

They were very friendly and understand my needs. Unfortunately, I couldn't get the credit to have the work done that I needed done.

First thing is the deception. Your website advertises $6800 to $8000 but when I inquired it was going to be $12000 to $25000. That is FALSE ADVERTISIN

The staff was incredibly friendly and thorough with my check up and offered plenty of treatments I could use for my gingivitis. They offered on the spot treatment for it because they had the time which was generous. I also had 2 cavities and 1 wisdom tooth to be removed and the 2nd treatment for the gingivitis and they offered to do all of that in one session. They offer different payment plans. Everything was fast. Truly a wonderful dental experience.

My experience with Aspen dental was rated a five-star. I had an excellent/professional appointment that began with service from the front desk, the x-rays technician, the hygienist, the doctor and all the way to the checkout staff. I can't name all the staff/personnel that I encountered in my visit but I can say they all were professional, they explained my services and billing. It was very transparent. As for the office environment, I have been in the office 3 times in two days and the laughter has always been there. Don't get me wrong, the staff was very busy during my afternoon visit, but it was nice to see being busy, having fun, and providing top notch dental service Finally, I must say thank you to the young lady who allowed me to call her Nicole even though that was not her name! Aspen dental, continue your high quality and professional dental care!

Friendly and very helpful staff. They do their best to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. Getting an appointment is easy too.

The place is pretty modern and the staff members were kind, but the hygienist, Emma, was the best! She was very friendly and easy to talk to! I definitely recommend her if you go!

Beware, look at your bills, Dr's Losier and Terry are engaged in a scheme where they bill as a non-participating provider so they can bill you higher amounts even when your plan covers 100% of their service.

Aspen Dental staff. Is 100% respectful and kind. They make you feel comfortable. They make sure you get everything you need. They ask questions about you.and make sure. What is going on with you. Is taking care of.you leave there with a smile. I have never been comfortable at a dentist office. Until I went to Aspen. I will recommend my friends and family. To go there. That's how good they treated me.the whole staff was very friendly.thank you Aspen Dental. For making my visit so nice

Very pleasant experience and friendly staff. Didn’t try to push me into doing things that I’m not interested in doing and gave me an estimate for future work I would like to have done as well as sent it to my insurance company to send me the cost. Will be going back!

Today was my first visit because my dentist is retiring. I had a very pleasant visit and the employees made me feel very welcome. Emma, you were great.so was Dr. Floyd. Looking forward to my next visit!
