Very pleased with everything, the friendly staff, the timely manner at my appointments, my extractions went painlessly and quickly. Very happy.

Today's appointment went great! I was in a hurry and got there early. My new dentures are coming along just fine. They were able to get me in and out in plenty of time for my next appointment.

Staff is always super nice and personable. Professional staff that knows their specific area of expertise. I would recommend them to everyone. Aspen-Richmond, Indiana is AWESOME!

Aspen Dental in Richmond IN really stepping up in the repair of my appliance. Totally amazed at what they can do to repair. Very surprising and unexpected. If they pull this off I wll be even more impressed.

Went there for a broken tooth. Even with insurance, they tried to quote me $3,000 for a single root canal and crown. I went to an emergency dentist and ended up getting quotes $900 for the same procedure. What a scam.

I have no insurance so I found Aspen through this website when a tooth that had broken off over a year ago was infected and causing extreme pain. I needed a place that wouldn't be too expensive and would take payments.
When I went in to have this tooth pulled, I was a little nervous, I was not looking forward to this painful procedure. However, after my mouth was numbed, the dentist went to pull it and soon said, "that's it"
I was shocked, I felt zero pain (I have a low tolerance of pain)
I am definitely going back to Aspen for future dental work.

All the people that work at the Richmond office are amazing. Everyone is so nice and friendly. Willing to work with you. I cannot say enough about my experiences every time I go in, for even the smallest thing. I would recommend this place hands down.

The staff at Aspen Dental are wonderful. Your comfort and care are their greatest concern. Whatever your problem might be, they will work with you to find the best solution to give you a great smile.

Horrible service, waited 2 hrs in the chair just to be seen and then be told by the hygienist they close at 5 and she has to leave so they can't do the cleaning I came in at 2: 30pm for. Would highly not recommend

Went in for a denture repair and quote on new dentures. Settled on the repair due to cost. Never was pressured to buy new dentures.

Dr. Cash was patient and kind throughout the procedure. The staff was friendly and professional. I was taken in for my appointment on time.

Very nice people, very gentle and explained everything ontop of showing me diagrams and such to explain.

I used to absolutely love this place. I loved the staff and providers. But now there's a culture of indifference and lack of compassion that has seeped in somehow and has forced me to move on. I hope other people have a better experience than mine.

Had a tooth hurting really bad.went in with out an appointment and they were able to get me in and remove the tooth.awesome work and everyone was very friendly and helpful.

The girls in the office get 5 stars because they are very friendly to work with. Now as far as dental work they are not finishing work that was started over 6 months ago. A friend had their upper teeth pulled and fitted with temporary uppers. They make it very difficult for my friend to eat. Their last contact to inquire about when the permanent upper denture would be ready, they were told that until they get a doctor in they will have to wait. How long is my friend expected to go with the temporary denture? My friend is not the only one waiting. How can they see patients if there is no doctor?
