Aspen Dental, Kokomo IN

Dr. Murray was amazing. He was able to fit me in on the same day as my consultation to have a few teeth removed (everywhere else in town couldn’t even schedule a consultation until mid-January). They also worked with me on a payment option so I didn’t have to spend anything out of pocket today.

This is my dentist going forward, and if you’re looking for a new dentist I HIGHLY recommend checking out Aspen Dental!

I needed a dentist immediately and Aspen was able to help me! They also have financing available for overall dental work. The only issue was that I didn’t know I needed to hold off 3 days on my blood thinners before having a tooth extracted, and I feel like the dentist should’ve known that. I ended up in the ER due to excessive bleeding. Other than that, I was very thankful for the immediate help as I was in a ton of pain!

So far so good! I'm in the middle of getting lower implants! Everything and everyone has been great! I wanted to give 5 stars. It is hard to get in, to get a quick adjustment of my temporary, which makes it difficult to eat with them. Hopefully next review will be a 5 star with a picture. Until then.

They were super fast, and they even had translators to facilitate my communication. Excellent service

I had a bridge done in July @ Aspen of Kokomo. The temporary broke as I was walking out the door so I was already annoyed at the situation. I had to wait over a week to get the repair done due to the 4th of July holiday.and Of course nobody wanting to work prior to the holiday. So once I was finally fitted with the permanent bridge, not realizing until about two weeks later.but it was not fitted correctly because one of the underteeth was still exposed at the gum line.causing a great deal of discomfort. So when I try to point this out to the dentist, he goes out of his way to act like this is normal. Also, the gum was tucked instead of overlapping the bridge on the other end, causing what I would call a food trap. And of course he dodges any blame by claiming I have receding gums. During the process. I made an online review. & at some point.the review was brought to their attention. So when I go back to finally have the bridge corrected, Because you know he did it right the first time & all.they confront me about the review. And it got straight to the point of a screaming match and I was told to leave. So now i'm stuck with a 2700$ bill And a bridge that is still not done correctly. I would Avoid kokomo aspen dental like the plague. Very unprofessional.rude and clearly doesn't know what he's doing. And even more unwilling to acknowledge and correct his mistakes

Aspen is always a quick and easy visit, even if you don't rate going to the dentist as one of the top 100 things you like to do! They do their job to inform and care, but don't make you feel embarrassed or judged.

The staff was all very kind and professional. I feel that I am in good hands with them as I have upcoming procedures to be done at Aspen dental. I am sure the outcome in the end will be great as expected.

I have a wonderful experience with the staff and workers at Aspen Dental. The doctor explained everything clearly.

Everyone was very nice. Everyone explained everything, making it easy to understand. Everyone made me feel so comfortable. And I love Wonder Woman. She is my new hero.

They took time to talk to me about my problems with my teeth. They took care of my tooth pain.

Diana, and everyone I spoke with, were very pro, friendly, and did their best, to help me with my tooth issue. If I lived here, I'd definitely see them again!

I generally don't like going to the dentist but I like going to Aspen Dental Kokomo. The people there are very kind and friendly. They are awesome.

Was having terrible toothache and didn't have a family dentist, showed up when they opened and was able to get in. They were very polite and helpful and I will return and have more services done in the near future.

Dr. Murray and his team are all amazing. This is not like other Aspen Dental locations that I have been to. My family andni love this location!

Rescheduled over 10 times in the past 4 years. Takes about 2-3 times of rescheduling of appts to even get in. And usually are rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance.

Always extremely helpful and friendly from office staff to technicians and doctor! #1 place to go!

Attempted to get my dentures repaired. When I originally called I explained that one of my teeth came loose from my denture plate and I needed it repaired. I inquired if I needed an appointment for the repair for which I was told yes. An appointment was made for almost a week out. Upon arrival I informed the receptionist that I
was there to.have my dentures repaired and was made to wait in the waiting room for 40 minutes. When they finally called my name I attempted to give them my denture that needed repaired and they informed me that I had to have an examination by the dentist. I informed them that I did not schedule an examination and that I only wanted my dentures repaired. I was told that I had to have the examination if I wanted my dentures repaired. After the examination I was informed that my dentures would be ready in an hour and that I needed to come back. When I returned an hour later I was told that the repair was not complete and it would be another 20 minutes. I did not have the time available in my schedule for a 2.5 hour dental appointment. All I wanted was a simple repair where one of my teeth pulled loose from my denture plate. When I had my teeth pulled and my dentures made at this facility I was happy with my decision to go with dentures as I was having a lot of dental issues. I was not at all happy with the service I received this time. I request a specific service (deture repair) and was forced into an examination with it.
I suppose so that I could be extorted for additional money.
