Very friendly and accommodating staff. I called to cancel a card that I lost and order a new one. The experience couldn’t have been better.
Literally a paying customer, who has banked with chase for years. Three accounts. After I withdrew money no one would let me use the bathroom like what the actual hell.
It's low not because of the only because of the location and design there is only one entrance to get in and out.you can only go One direction when you go out which causes a problem so you have to decide whether it's that important for you to even go to Chase and you want to go a few miles down to another Chase located in Schererville. I usually avoid this Chase even when it's convenient just because of where the setup is and how hard it is to get out of.
You receive only a great service at this location every time. Every body great and friendly
I have my personal and business accounts with Chase and use this branch often. They are great and most of them have been with Chase. Yes, the parking lot is a pain but they don't have any control over that.
Not the most attractive bank on the inside. I go to the Munster branch on Ridge and here in Dyer. This location is closer to me but I prefer Munster. No deposit slips here on the counter, have to ask for them. Easier and hassle free to make my deposits in Munster. This Dyer location is always an issue.
Bank is always closed, or wait in line 20 minutes, the parking lot / drive thru is a colossal nightmare must be made for scooters or motorcycles. I see sideview mirrors & bumpers laying on the ground every time I go there, cant get to night deposit box without making a 3 point turn & then backing up again or just get out of your car is easier, pothole city too. The people working there aren't very friendly Ethier but who would be when you work in a building that looks like a prison inside & out
