Dr Laura Bracken: Columbus Family Dental Center

Man I can't say enough good things about this Dental practice. I had a dental emergency and they met me at the door and took me in with a 30 minute notice. The staff was amazing and the doctor was amazing as well and to top it off was very reasonably priced for the worked they performed on me. Very professional and polite.

The entire staff was nice to me, they did an excellent job and I feel they handled being open during the covid restriction very well

My first visit to the dentist in several years. The office is clean, inviting and the staff is nice. I was comfortable and the experience was great.

I had a great experience. From the very first visit Dr. Bracken and her staff made me feel at ease. I have always had a fear of the dentist but not anymore. I had to have some filling and a cleaning done and they made it a painless experience. Now my entire family sees Dr. Bracken for there dental treatment.

Very courteous staff and a short wait time for appointment. Dentist and staff wore Covid19 PPE and took proper protocols. Office was very nice and clean. 5 stars

When my children and I had recent appointments, the dentist wasn’t even in the office that day. Instead of calling to reschedule us, as I think should have been done, we were seen anyways. So basically we just had a normal teeth cleaning and weren’t properly checked by a dentist. To say, I wasn’t happy about this. I felt like we “went to a doctors appointment” and were not “seen by the doctor”.

I called to set up an appointment, gave my insurance information, and was told I was covered. The following week I drive an hour for my appointment and was told that didnt accept my insurance.

Very team oriented. The had a game plan quickly for the situation at hand, worked really well as a team.
Would highly recommend Columbus Family Dentist.

I've been a customer since Dr. Bracken has had this practice. That's 16 years. I've never had a bad experience. I would strongly recommend them if you are looking for a dentist.

Dr. Bracken and her staff (Ryan) are amazing I was stressed out about a root canal and $. They helped me and it's affordable. They went above and beyond.:)

I am very satisfied with the high quality dental work that Dr. Bracken and her team have done for me. With root canals, crowns and an implant, all my previously poorly done dental work have been corrected and fixed. I have not had any trouble with any of the procedures done here. ken for almost a year now. I've had rootcanow, crown, old filling redone, and surface cavities taken care of. My opinion, this is one of the finest facilities I've ever been to. I had some bad experiences at dentists over the years that made me reluctant to seek treatment. Dr Bracken and staff were amazing at helping get more comfortable and fully explaining procedures. I am a happy customer with healthy teeth! I would highly recommend them!

I've been here about five times so far and the services provided have been great. The entire staff is very friendly and dedicated to making sure your experience is enjoyable. As much as it can be anyway at a dentists office. Haha. Ryan has worked with me on several occasions and I just love how patient he is with me when I'm whining about my dental work. I will definitely continue to go here.

Dr. Bracken was the best dentist i have ever been too. She takes pride and care in everything she does and it shows in her staff as well. Suchthe dentist.

Just got a cap and filling done this week. Happy with Dr. Bracken work excited that I got my cap same day and did not have to set up another day a couple weeks down the road. Dr. Bracken and staff very nice.

Dr. Bracken is wonderful! I never wait more than a few minutes past check-in. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I love the flexible scheduling which allows me to get in and out on my lunch break, early in the morning or late in the afternoon.
