The secretary was rude and unprofessional. She shouted out loud the insurance provider that I have that everyone in the waiting room heard it. That violated my HIPPA rights and it is no ones business. Also My kids have been there for years and now it is all new registration and they require guardian to wave away rights if they are incompetent or negligent in their sanitation to stop COVID-19. I just gave them back their Ipad and left. DISHONEST. RUDE secretary.

Horrible experience. Do not recommend this office to anyone. Especially children with dental anxiety. Horrible communication within their own office staff. I literally have nothing good to say.

My 6 year old was in pain and crying. He was not comforted by staff but instead told to stop making noise. Parents aren’t allowed to go back with children. I can see why now. Never again

Absolutely Exceeds Expectations. I drive forty-five minutes for their specialized care for my daughter.

I looked for a place that would be warm and welcoming for my 3 year old girl. She was going in for her first visit. I let the front office know I’d be with her in the exam, as a dental assistant myself I’ve seen nothing but that unless the patient has to get work done then it’s recommended NOT forced the parent to be out waiting. The lady was very rude with the darker short hair acting flabbergasted by my desire to stay with my child. Especially being her first visit. I don’t drop my 3 year old off at the doctor why would I start at a DENTIST? ! She stepped away 3 times going to ask the dentists and girls back there if it’s ok. She even pulled my and my daughter into a consultation room to ask again. Waiting in there I called 3 nearby offices that all sounded very surprised I was asking if I could go back, they ALL said yes of course!

I walked out and let them know why. Again they’re confused. I think they’re ridiculous with their policy. If a parent wants to accompany their child on doctor visits of any kind that should be embraced. Found a awesome office in Fishers. Many places on the south side though all are ok with parents who stay with their children.

Remember, most grown adults are scared of the dentist. How do we welcome kids? ! Not by banning the parents and acting shocked and ridiculous about the request to stay with them.

I switched my kids from kool smiles to this dentist office. My kids love going to the dentist now! Friendly staff, and they always explain everything so that you can understand exactly what they are talking about.

I love this place they have always been good with my kids. We have been going to this office for 10 years now! I wouldn’t go anywhere else. We love Dr. Papineau

Absolutely the best! All three of my sons have been going to Dr Farthing for over 12 years! Everything about the process and atmosphere is perfect!

Staff is very friendly and experienced they will answer any questions or help with any concerns you might have.

Dr. Farthing was great with my niece! She is 9 years old and is terrified of going to the dentist. She was reluctant about going today due to a previous bad experience with a different dentist. The Dr.and staff made her feel comfortable, she was able to put on a brace face thanks to their compassion and got the work done she needed. When we left she was saying how nice everyone was and that she would want to come back. Thanks to everyone at your office for helping her, your all amazing!

My son and I were running 15 min late and they still took us in, with how crazy my life is, this was so helpful.

Best kid's dentist by far in the area. They don't just use local they use laughing gas or completely sedate as needed for treatment so no traumatic experience going to happen.

If i could give thia place negative stars i would. They dont allow you back for treatment or exams with your child. Even in special cases like autistic children or children who have been previously tramatized by dentists. Please dont take your children here! These people are reckless. To keep my child away from me sends up red flags. Unacceptable

As always they took great care of my son. He was afraid but they calmed his fears and he came shocked he didnt feel a thing;)

Dr. Farthing is so rude. I never got along with her. Had to get 2 permanent teeth out and was hardly numb, she kept saying I was being dramatic. Felt her fingers grab my tooth, heard the root being ripped out, one of the worst pains I’ve ever been in. Dr. Farthing might be one of the rudest people i’ve ever met. Thank God i’m out of that place. However, the other workers were very nice.

After having to cancel a few appointments and reschedule, I am now told my daughter can't go back. This was the only dentist that my daughter will let in her mouth and they have no consideration at all for that

My 8 year old daughter, saw Dr. Papineau today for the 1st time. The ENTIRE staff was absolutely wonderful, professional, and kind from the time we walked in the door! It was a wonderful experience! Dr. Papineau explained my daughters procedure plan very well. My little girl loved this place! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Papineau

My daughter has anxiety and special needs the staff was great with her. They were very thorough and explained our options. Dr Farthing did a fantastic job making my daughter feel comfortable.

They were very polite. Answered all questions I asked. They made my son feel welcome and comfortable along with myself. I would recommend this place. Erin was a big help. Thank you so much! And Thank you Scott Papineau for the referral. Just left him a message.

Extremely friendly staff, worked great with my less than Cooperative twin two year old boys, clean and kid friendly waiting room.would highly recommend them to anyone
