Gentle Dentist, Westfield IN

Poor You get Ins est and not only is it wrong its way off. I got est deep clean and crown. If cleaning est covered 100% except lazer $49 How do you still owe over $102? Instead of checking Anything I cancel upcoming work get home. All charges match except they didnt submit xrays to Insurance.thats the only difference between billed and charged so insurance doesnt pay any more or did none of you read note on account? Just make me tell whole lobby I cant pay bill and now Ill probably have to wait even longer to have work done because this is ONLY dental office in the world that estimate of $49.00 is really a bill of $152.and change and take 3 appointments vs others 1.

NOW IVE BEEN CHRGED 4 TIMES-DISPATCH AND NOW OWE 202.00 so not only wasHow does one get an estimate for cleaning for $49 and end up owing 202 when coworker had EXACT service at dentist down the street 1 appointment only $49. Exact same insurance as we work at same place. Ill tell you how FRAUD of the Insurance kind

The absolute nicest staff and dentist we’ve ever been to. My daughter has disabilities and they treat her with love and care. So thankful!

I never imagined I'd be self motivated enough to write a review of a dental practice, but I am. Just left from my regular cleaning and as I was walking out the door I thought to myself, "I really like these people! " Great staff, great care, if you need a dentist go see them. You will be happy!

Save your money and go elsewhere! They have messed up lots of my teeth and I just had to go to another dentist to find that out and get it fixed. They change dentists like it’s going out of style. Just do yourself and your mouth a favor and go elsewhere. 0/10 would NEVER recommend. Friendly faces doesn’t make up for harsh and subpar dental work.

The staff is wonderful and the new dentist, Dr. Li, is thorough and caring. I highly recommend Gentle Dentist located in Westfield for dental health issues for families.

Arrived early for my appointment and they got me right in. Had a small cavity filled and it was quick, thorough and pretty much pain free.

Today was my first visit, and it was wonderful. The dentist and her assistant were super sweet and thorough. I felt very well taken care of and my teeth feel better, too! I’m excited to come back to them in the future, and know they will ease all of my dental anxieties by making me feel as comfortable as possible.

Run. This place was horrible. The ineptness of the skill set of the dental hygienist and Dr is poor. I had a crown fix and only can be described as a chop shop of pain and cluelessness of skill and bedside manner. I went to a new dentist and was shocked at the pleasant experience.

Appt was on time and the people there are very friendly. Upcoming procedures and out of pocket costs were explained very well.

I was a little nervous since this was my first time with this dentistry, but I had a wonderful experience. My hygienist was very kind and gentle and I definitely recommend!

The staff was very pleasant and Dr. Lee was absolutely amazing. When I say I hate going to the dentist, I mean it, but Dr. Lee made me excited to go back!

I had a very positive experience at Gentle Dental. Dr. Lee and her staff were very nice and thorough. Whenever I have to have any procedures done at the dentist, I always have to take a sedative. I did not have to take a sedative this time. They were very kind and comforting. I have already started recommending Dr. Lee to my friends and family.
