Instead of it being my tooth, my gum has rebelled and is killing me. Tammy and Dr Kahn to save the day! Antibiotics and a rinse on board and the tooth is saved! My favorite dentist!

We LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this practice! We have not had good dental experiences in the past which has made me very cautious when choosing for my daughter. But from day one, even just scheduling an appointment, has been amazing! Highly, highly recommend!

August 22nd i made a last minute appointment because a tooth was causing me extreme pain. I was aware from a previous cleaning that this tooth needed a crown so that is what i scheduled to be done August 22nd. I went in for my appointment with Dr. Kahn (who has always been very pleasant) as she started to prep my tooth for the crown she quickly realized I needed a root canal which likely was the reason for all of my pain. This was a Tuesday, we had to wrap up because i guess she does not do root canals only Dr. Bruick (also very pleasant and did my wisdom teeth removal which was a great experience). Dr Bruick could not see me for my root canal until Thursday August 24th.totally understandable. I got on his schedule for then and in the mean time was prescribed antibiotics to fight infection and hopefully help with the pain. The morning of my appointment with Dr. Bruick i received a text that he was sick and cancelled all of his appointments until further notice. Also, totally understandable I get that. I called in the office after receiving that cancellation text and was told that yes my appointment was cancelled and that they wouldn't be able to get me on the scheduled until Sept. 8th because he's pretty busy i also understand this. I let the office staff that i was on the phone with know that originally all of this stemmed from me being in extreme pain that was keeping me up at night and i told her i didnt know how id make it 3 weeks to be seen and asked if they could refer me anywhere else!? She offered to email me a referral which i happily accepted and called the Endodnic she had referred me to. Well of course, that Endodnic is booked out till mid-late Sept but they let me know there were two other Endodincs i could call with that referral and unfortunatly i got the same answer.all booked out. I asked each of them to add me to the cancellation list but i still was left unsure of when i could be taken care of and end this miserable pain. I called the office back because i was unable to get myself in anywhere else and remembered the lady previously had mentioned that Dr. Bruick doesn't work Tuesdays so i asked if because of his unexpected time off could she see if he'd be willing to maybe do an emergency appointment for me that following tuesday. She said that was definitely something he has done in the past and that when he was feeling better she would ask him about it in addition to that she also said shed speak with Dr. Kahn about any other pain management options. I was thankful knowing that i might get in with him the next week and waited to hear back. To my surprise i NEVER received a call back from Georgetown dental, no follow up on the "supposed" possible other pain management options, no follow up on if Dr. Bruick would make the effort to see me on a day he usually doesnt work, and also no effort from the staff to try on their end to get me in at one of the Endodonics they work with. I say all this to say that with my efforts i called other dentists offices as well, i got into one that Friday August 25th. They were AMAZING although i was not an existing patient, they got me in an emergency appointment to see what they could do for me and my pain. Due to the root canal being on a Molar they unfortunately could not do that in office BUT they made it a point to call ON MY BEHALF to Priority Endodonics (i called this place myself) and they were able to get me an emergency appointment there Tuesday August 29th. I'm sure because the office called vs me they made it clear how necessary it was and it makes me wonder had Georgetown Dental handled me with the same care and concern could they of made the effort to get me taken care of. Maybe that is what set this other dentist office apart of Georgtown but that is the kind of care i want and need. Once i was confirmed with Priorty Endodonics i called Georgetown dental and left a voicemail to cancel my original appointment for September 9th which they never followed up to check in with me and how i was doing/why i cancelled.

Samantha has very good customer service and Ari was great today. Samatha and Deneen has very great customer service. Mary works great on my teeth. Another great visit with Deneen and very funny hyg with Amber.

This was THE most beautiful experience i’ve had at the dentist. All of the ladies were lovely and kind and fun. Amber did a beautiful job cleaning my teeth she was quick yet thorough in her work and made me feel at ease by letting me know what she was doing and what it meant. You can tell she’s been doing this for a long time and enjoys it, made me enjoy it. From beginning to end I had a lovely experience. Deneen and July were kind, welcoming, and fun. Seems like a good work environment they support each other making it easier for patients to feel supported. Great work, looking forward to my next cleaning.

Dr Bruick and all his staff are always friendly and helpful in calming my nerves when getting dental work done. Our whole family comes here now because the do such a great job! They are absolutely the best in Fort Wayne, alway gentle and compassionate.

Offices are incredibly clean, up-to-date, and modern. Staff is professional, caring, and articulate. Samantha helped me figure out my confusing insurance and was patient with me. Kristen was my hygienist and provided me with a superlative dental experience, one of the highest kind, order, supreme. Will be coming back!

Staff were pleasant, doctor spent time with my daughter and really cared. Tammy held my daughters hand during her procedure. Very happy

Samantha at the front desk was very nice. Kelly was great. They had a great dane named Walter. All around I recommend this dental office.
