17The place was terrible, the person at the door did not let us in because we did not know how to speak English well, and with great arrogance he did not allow us to explain the need we had to get a license plate for our vehicle. The treatment and lack of professionalism is outrageous, not to mention the racism for being Hispanic.
This branch is spnarky and rude. Took son in for learners permit and was not very helpful. One disappointed kiddo.
Gone here twice. Both times, go in and wait for probably 45 minutes and then, you don’t have the right paper that they want. They didn’t tell me about what they wanted or needed, then they want new stuff and you have to leave, go get it somehow, and then come back. And wait again. Both times I’ve been here the staff is rude, they can’t keep records of anything you’ve given them in the past, it’s just a terrible running place. Both times in what should have taken 20 minutes max it took 6 hours and 3 hours wasted, and this second time the issue is STILL not resolved. Please fix this rust bucket.
Even the person before my number was called was not happy. My service was excellent.

This is the best, most efficient BMV I've visited. They have a system that keeps things moving and usually a lot of folks manning the desk. The staff has always been super helpful to me. I lived in Illinois before and the DMV there was absolutely awful and I avoided it at all costs. Kudos to the good people running this branch.
What a horrible, Horrible, HORRIBLE place. First when you walk in it is loud and obnoxious. The staff scream across the building at you and are not the least bit professional when they engage you. Today I sat in their loud and obnoxious lobby for 35 minutes patiently waiting my turn to be served only to get to the counter and be told the BMV does not do title work for companies anymore. What? !? !? How is a company supposed to get their title work done? You have to go to another BMV branch. Oh.the BMV does business titles just not this branch. Yes, that is correct. Why isn't there something telling me this before I waste 35 minutes of my life in your LOUD and OBNOXIOUS lobby? Customer service agent turns to her computer and shuts me out. Indiana beware.your government is at it again. Incompetence and Oglearthy at its best. Lets make a law for the people to adhere to and make it as difficult to follow the law as possible. That's our Indiana State Government and there is absolutely nothing we can do about it. Now I can't get my title work done which means I can't get license plates because the Indiana State Government is too busy to do it but when the Indiana State Government pulls me over for not having proper plates they will issue me a ticket to pay them money so they can pay the incompetent customer service agent who is too busy to issue me license plates. Sounds pretty accurate for our BMV. Hi, I am here to serve you and make your life as frustrating and difficult as absolutely possible. How can I best do this today.

They were quick, efficient, and cheerful. This was my 1st visit to this branch. I was pleasantly surprised!
This location is great. Had some pretty complicated stuff to take care of, and they absolutely killed it. Super friendly and very helpful. Building is large as well with plenty of room to sit, and they are fast, a lot faster than I was expecting.
There's no use in trying to get help over the phone with Indiana BMV. They simply do not answer and not all questions or items can be accomplished via the internet. They need to allow taxpayers to call each BMV branch individually again. That was a much better system.
I went into the BMV to change my license over to Indiana this made my second trip getting it done. The first time was the worse experience. Decided to give it a try again today. It was a very short wait and nice and clean. I would like to give Sharon, Susan and Zack a big KUDOS on all their help and how they went above and beyond themselves to help this time go round.
Cameras were down and couldn’t renew my license. I called and waited on hold for 45 minutes to check on the camera status and the call center said they hadn’t made a memo about that. Laziness.
In & Out! Approximately 5-10 min wait.i was there after 2: 30pm. Zach i think was his name was very efficient & he had me out in no time!
This branch us absolutely horrible, the employees NEVER want to help and create solutions they seem to want to create issues turn you away to make you come back and wait ALL OVER AGAIN. I never have the issues out of the speedway branch that we have at this branch.then the employee who I was dealing with has the audacity to tell me, "then maybe you should go there". No, how about you do your job. The BMV seems to pride themselves on their speed of service, but this branch is slow as hell and has NO customer service.
They are fast but they are rude. These are the type of people/management that make it as hard as possible to renew your drivers license, where anywhere else they would give it to you. I’m a 21 year old girl and they wouldn’t accept my birth certificate- the same one I’ve used for years- as if I was trying to commit identity fraud. I brought like 20 documents. So annoying. No help at all.
To loud to even take the Permit test had to re-read the questions MULTIPLE TIMES to simply UNDERSTAND what I’m READING sounds more like a over-crowded FarmersMarket in a tiny room with everyone talking AT ONCE!
I waited for about 20 minutes to have the world's most hateful "lady" call my number to tell me why she doesn't want to help me and all the ways I COULD have gone to use the kiosk instead of her helping. So, I decided I will be doing everything online now and when a website replaces her job, she can find something she can enjoy doing instead of verbally abusing people who need to get a license renewed.
