Every time I go in the staff is so professional and nice. They always get done in a timely manner and go above and beyond to make sure I am fully satisfied and happy! The front desk lady BRITTNEY AMAZING! Dentist that did my filling Dr. Price is AMAZING! And the hygienist that cleaned my teeth Lisa is AMAZING! Thank you ladies for always going above and beyond to make all of us have a better day!

If I could give it zero stars I would! I had fillings and a cleaning done here and always paid out of pocket right after appointment. The problem started when I had my right side fillings done with them. I thought Dr. Price was going to work on my fillings. But that was not the case. A tech got the job done. While Dr. Price took care of another patient. I did not think much in that moment and put my trust in them. However, right after that I have had pain for 3 weeks and have gone back twice. On the second time that I decided to go. I really wanted to know what was going on, they simply told me that they did not know what was going on and only referred me some where else. Dr. Price never talked to me directly. They did not even take the time or responsibility to check what was going on, since I came in with pain. Mind you that they did not even give me any pain medication, since there was no dialogue with Dr. Price. I am really disappointed that they did not take responsibility of nothing and they careless about the pain I came in from a procedure they preformed. I guess that now I have to pay some where else to get it checked and fixed.
All I have to say is choose wisely!

Update: 08/21/2023
They did me wrong, just got my root canal perform from another clinic. They confirm that the fillings were done with negligence. I had two fillings done and they fractured both of my tooth. In the other clinic where I got them fixed they tried to save both tooth, but one was extremely injured and had to get a root canal immediately.
Don't go here!

Hello. I went to your location on Coldwater today (8/18) for teeth cleaning. I typically go to the Maplecrest location. Anyways, what I discovered today from the Hygienist was that the Hygienist at the Maplecrest location was not charting the progress of my tooth/gum health (not using/documenting scoring card where you rank 2,3,4 or 5 for gum/teeth health) for past year or more. Today, I was told that I have to do scaling and root planing (SRP) all of a sudden which is almost $1K. I do believe that this should have been caught some time ago and shouldn't have come down to performing SRP (could have been avoided) if my progress was documented using scoring card. This is concerning because I do not want this to happen to other patients. I take great amount of care for my teeth and this was not something that I expected today.

If I could give 100 stars I would! Dr. Taraji, Ms. Natasha, and Ms. Kim! These three are kind, professional, and over the top caring! They worked so well taking great care of my 5 year old in his dental pain, they all had patience of a super hero! Thank you all once again!
