My Indy Dental Center reviews
17Knowing dental care is not fun but truly necessary, it is good to have a place to take care of you with professionalism and concern for you personally. Shannon is great! Love her. Dr. Yang and staff are exceptional.
Dr. Yang and his staff are very professional, efficient and friendly. If you have had pain during previous dental procedures this office is a must for you. They make sure you have a pain free experience.
My experience was great! I was very satisfied with my teeth cleaning. The dentist was excellent incorrect in my flipper. I would recommend My dental center on Delaware to everyone!
Appointment fit my schedule and was on time. It was my first appointment there and looking to see how future appointments go.
Sandy hurt me really bad.j/k! She called it dentist humor! On the real. Best dental experience in my 42 years on earth. I will never go anywhere else! Staff is so personable and caring. I couldn't have dreamed of a better dental experience! 10 stars!
Really nice serve. My daughter really enjoyed her visit and she hates the dentist. Everyone was so nice and sweet to us from the time we arrived to the time we left.
Tracy the hygienist was great. Gentle, informative and age did a great job cleaning my teeth. The receptionist is very friendly. I had a great experience.
It is just not the same. Went for the appointment and when I got there they had no record of it. Thank God I found another dentist that is strictly for business
I have had some bad experiences at the dentist in the past. Everyone at My Indy Dental Center was wonderful. They were very friendly and helped me to feel comfortable. If you're looking for a new dental office, you need to check them out.
Friendly atmosphere. Procedure was throughly explained prior to and afterwards. Post op care discussed and in writing. Kudos to the staff.
I arrived at 10: 30am on Monday, March 6. It was easy to remember because I received at least 10 reminders. Checked in. By 10: 50, nobody had come for me. The receptionist was present the whole time and never mentioned a problem. At 10: 50 I told her I was leaving. Is Dr Yang a good dentist? I'll never know.
The cost was extremely high. More than what I was quoted. Now I've got to find a way to pay an amount that I hadn't planned on. The staff was great but I may have to go elsewhere that is more affordable for me.
The thrill is gone, gone away for good. I had been with Risk and Widdlecomb since East 34th St and New Jersey. Belinda was my hygienist.
They did what they knew to do x-rays and exams, but I have had a 30-year relationship come to a screeching haute. Feeling lost. They referred me to an orthodontist for cleaning due to my aging situation. That was appreciation.
A dental appointment is not something you look forward to, but at My Indy Dental, everyone is so pleasant, efficient, and professional you almost do.
I was a little Leary of changing dentist but I had a good experience and dentist and assistants were knowledgeable and caring. I left feeling comfortable
My Indy Dental on N. Delaware St really doesn't deserve 1 star, but I had to put the minimal in order to post. Horrible practice since Dr. Widdicome retired! I Really Miss Him and the Old Staff! They Were Class Acts! The people in there now are very friendly, but there is definitely an issue with the folks on the front desk. They do not do their due diligence as they promise. I was informed at the last minute that my dental appointment was being cancelled. When they left the message, they were not clear on the cancellation. Therefore, I had to call them back and had to pull it out of them. They then told me that they had to reschedule me out 6 months for another appointment, because they were so booked-up. Now, does that make good customer sense to anyone else? First of all, I am a long-term patient at that practice. If my appointment was cancelled by them, then I should have been squeezed in somewhere at the same location and not shoved back to the end of the line. I already had to wait 3 months to get that appointment. Sadly, I know of another individual right now, who is awaiting dental treatment from this location for the 2nd time, because you did not get it right the first time. They have been waiting almost 2 months with the run arounds you keep giving them. You don't call them back. They have to call you! I am going to make sure that I consult with higher- ups, to make sure their dental treatment gets done in a timely manner and to make sure that it is done correctly this time. Good customer service, follow-through, follow-up and communication is key to success.
