New Albany Pediatric Dentistry

Truly are AMAZING! My 5 year old has to have a tooth pulled and they made it so easy for him. 200 stars!

Been taking both my children here awhile. They replaced the front desk lady & today was our first time going since the change. We get there and I walk to the desk to get my kids signed in… an older lady was having problems with her kids insurance so the receptionist looks at me and ask for a moment. Fine. I gave her that. She then proceeded to help the older lady & even left the whole room to have someone else come help her too. Fine. I go to get a seat with my children. The lady then comes back with another lady. They both proceeded to help the older lady as a new lady and kid walk in. Not once did they speak to me ask if we’ve been helped anything at all. They just continued with the older lady and kid with no insurance. The newer lady with the kid approached the desk to the helper the receptionist went and got they help her and get her kid signed in without even acknowledging me or my kids. So we walked out and left they told us also they would not give us doctors notes for my children’s schools. It’s some kind of joke. The office never has been anything extraordinary but they’ve always had good people until today. We switched dentist offices and I will never allow my children back there. The whole office is being ran into the dirt and it all around sucks anymore. I’d give them zero stars if I could.

I’m so glad that I made the longer drive to go to this pediatric dentistry. They were so amazing with my 4 year old and it was a very nice facility.

Best kids dentist. My boys have came to this office since it opened. You are aloud to go back during procedures which I love.

My child went here for year.when they first opened and we loved it. Now the new stuff are very push. We changed because of the unprofessionalism.

We drove 2 hours away for a referral for daughter. I am so thrilled. They did so well with my daughter. The dentist sang to her. She did better than I expected her to. I highly recommend this place. The staff was absolutely amazing.

Highly recommend! Dr Clay is a wonderful Pediatric Dentist and the community is lucky to have him treat our children.

I brought my 2 year old in for an appointment, and everyone was wonderful. They were engaging and fun with my daughter, and talked to her about everything they were going to do in a way she could understand. She was comfortable around everyone and even enjoyed all the attention. Much different than the traumatic experience I had feared. I've been to other pediatric de tests with my older children and they were nowhere near this good with them.

Words can’t describe how much I love this office. Their front staff is so nice and funny and I love that they are mother and daughter. The assistants are great, the girl we had, I think her name was Gretchen, was super sweet and couldn’t have been more patient with my daughter, and the other girls who helped with x-rays were just as sweet and nice. So glad we made the move to this office!

I don’t like giving reviews! But good lord this place literally just makes appointments to take your money for doing nothing! They had my daughters history before we set our appointment I told them what we had been through this far and what my daughter needed done. I only made an appointment with this office because they said they could give my daughter Valium to some what sedate her because she was having a hard time getting her tooth pulled. They say thay hadn’t gotten all of her X-rays and needed to take another one to see the tooth. Which I know we have had taken in the last month. Once back in the room the dr literally didn’t even take a look at the X-rays or my daughters month before saying she needed to go to a dr that can put her under. Like my daughter wasn’t freaken out. She was just sitting there waiting to be looked at. So basically she took X-rays for nothing and our appointment was pointless because they had all of her information before and could have said she needs to see a dr that puts her under, an absolute waste of mine, and my child’s time, not to mention money wasted for nothing! Our regular dentist did not recommend her getting put under for something so small. She did find the first time she had a tooth pulled. But had trouble the second. She said she just needed a little something to help her do the second one. This office is a joke!
