I hate going to the dentist, but this place makes it so awesome. From the front desk to the hygintist and the dentist himself, it's an awesome place. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable. They keep you informed every step of the way!

They are by far THE BEST dentist company that my family and I have ever been to! Everyone does their work with excellence, care, understanding and love. We are relocating very soon and we will greatly miss them. They truly are more than just a dentist we go to but they are like family to us. We truly love them! So if you are looking for a dentist and you live in the Westfield area, please go to them! You will not regret it.

First time visit and the entire office was so warm and friendly beginning with Moriah who scheduled my appointment over the phone, a same day event due to my emergency issues! Upon arriving, I wasn't just greeted but I was warmly welcomed.by Moriah and Ruth. Then almost immediately I met my hygienist Diane and she completely put me at ease, from her discovery through all the X-rays, and charting. When Dr. Chowdhary came to see me, I felt assured through his "bedside" manner and professionalism that I was in the right place. Finally Ruth made sure I was comfortable with and understood all my options going forward. Great office!

If I had went to this dentist growing up I would not have the anxiety I have towards dentists. It's night & day from my experience when I was younger. They're nice, gentle, careful & great at what they do! Especially with my 2 year old!

This place has its act together, from the awesome online form to state of the art technologies. Nia took great care of me and I watch a whole episode of The British Baking show while getting my teeth cleaned.

I’ve had more than my fair share of dental work done and I can’t recommend this place more highly! Dr. Devanshu is knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. Sasha and Nia are amazing hygienists and such sweet people. The staff will work with you as needed to manage pain levels, insurance issues, work needed, etc. They have always gone above and beyond here! The atmosphere is light and friendly. There’s even a tv in front of you and above you as well, so you can watch something no matter how your chair is seated. Highly recommend Springmill Family Dental!

From the very friendly Mariah at the front desk to the hygenists and Dr. Chowdary himself, this is a very profesisonal and efficient team of dental providers.

I still highly recommend Springmill Family Dental to everyone in the Westfield area! Everyone is so welcoming and is interested in each patient as a person as well. While I've never had anything less than a wonderful interaction with any staff member, I want to give special shoutouts to Jayme and Diane who always go above and beyond!

Nia is awesome with kids and the whole staff made my daughter’s first dentist experience wonderful!

Ever since I moved to Westfield 2 years ago I’ve been coming to Springmill family dental and they are excellent! From the friendly warm welcomes at the front desk, to wonderful hygienist that answer any questions and concerns and are very informative. Doctor is great also very friendly to all and answers any questions and is personable, recommends or gives suggestions that fit your needs. Family friendly and very welcoming.

I was very impressed with the service from the front desk receptionist, Mariah, to the dentist's assistant, Kassi and of course the dentist himself. This establishment is hands down the best dentist office I have been to from Arizona to Indiana.

When I'm in the office I love it. Everyone is kind and informative and thorough. However, they have the worst hours known to mankind. They are only open until 4 or 5pm on the weekdays, are closed every weekend, closed every other Friday and every other Monday.
The issue is that when the Friday is off so is the following Monday making them closed for 4 days off in a row. I paid $4000 for my Invisalign and as I'm coming close to finishing my dog unfortunately chewed up my top Invisalign. I live in Michigan and go to Indiana because my parents live there and this is where I started with Invisalign when I lived there. They told me they would be accommodating but they have not in the slightest. They cannot help me with this problem, they're closed for 4 days in a row, and now my teeth will be messed up again.
The hours are so horrible that my whole family (5) and friends will no longer be attending this dentist once my Invisalign is finished. As much as I love the people and the dentist this is so horrible, I'm unbelievably mad.

Update: I am updating my review to a 1 star review. Honestly at this point if I was given the opportunity I would make it 0 stars.
This dental office has to be a scam. They say they accommodate me living in Michigan for majority of the year to take my money and then do nothing to actually make it happen. I am in Indiana for one weekend a month. I call to try and make an appointment and surprise, they’re closed on a Tuesday. Not only the Tuesday, but they are CLOSED for the WHOLE WEEK without notifying their patients or their other office.
I am absolutely baffled at how unprofessional this place is. I’m surprised it’s still open. All they do is take our money and do nothing and are never open.
If I could I would leave this dental clinic in a heartbeat. Too bad no other dentist will touch my Invisalign as they have done work and I don’t have another $3-4K to waste.
Garbage business with horrible practices.
