This is my husband and I’s go to place. I would give more stars if I could. It is so welcoming and feels like you are going to hang out at a good friend’s home. HIGHLY recommend.

I really don’t like to leave negative feedback, but this is pretty important for the health and safety of patrons. We came in over the weekend and ordered one of the small plates, the goat cheese dip. Their kitchen set up seems to just be a toaster oven, mini fridge, and counter, which is fine. What is not fine however, is we watched as one of the bartenders pulled someone else’s order out of the toaster oven and proceed to grab the toast off the tray with her bare hands before serving it to the customer’s. She then cleared another table, returned to the counter without washing her hands, and grabbed our toast out of the oven with her bare hands. A quick Google search will state, “According to the FDA, bare hand contact can transfer dangerous pathogens from hands to food, spreading foodborne illness. In fact, bare hand contact with ready-to-eat foods is responsible for 30% of restaurant foodborne illness outbreaks. ” Please, for the sake of your customer’s, invest in food safe gloves or tongs.

Avoid town if you do not want a ticket or fine mailed to you! I’m sure the business is great.
