Amazing complex and even more amazing people. When I had initially applied Brady did an amazing job walking me through everything about the complex. I then had a life change that caused me to need to move to a different city before I could lease and the complex was very understanding and helped to get my deposit refunded. Can't say enough good things about the staff!

The repair was quick & efficient, the day after my request. I asked to be called first & that was done.
I especially appreciated the office doing a follow up call to make sure all was OK. Thanks!

Living at 360 has been such a pleasure due to the facilities but mostly the staff. Regardless of the questions or the requests, they have always been amazing and very timely in their response. I look out the window every day at my view and am thankful for where I live and I thank the TEAM at 360 for making the view only one of the rewards of living here.

Frigerator wasn't holding the temp. Over the weeking, I was provided access to guest suite Frigerator to ensure food didn't spoil.
Maintenance throughly accessed the situation and resolved it. All involved were very professional. Although it technical was a problem, it was handled correctly, which made seem like not of much of a problem at all.

Be very aware when renting through 360 at Jordan West. They do not follow Iowa tenant law and violate lease agreements. We had a neighbor that had a dog that barked for hours day and night. We documented, called and emailed the office with videos/complaints of this neighbor. We provided information from Iowa tenant law and this office still did nothing. Fast forward two months and the office sent a bill for over $2,500 after we had moved out even though technically this company broke our lease. They did not communicate why they were holding our deposit within 30 days even when I called to follow up with this information. This management company is a scam and clearly does not follow Iowa law. Be cautious when renting through them!

I have just moved in and I am really impressed by the speed and politeness of the maintenece staff.

The maintenance team here is great! Not only do they do a professional job, but they are always friendly and courteous. I am also very pleased and relieved with the change that was made with the management team. They are a very friendly, caring and professional team!

The staff is very patient and super friendly. The hallways are kepted pretty clean and the outside is maintained well too. I love my apt. The size is perfect. I also have a beautiful kitchen. Also The area is pretty quite but still very close to so many of the stores and the mall.

Talked to Chad in passing for some screws to fix door hinge. He went ahead and put in work order and got it taken care of. Thank you sir
