79 Degrees Sandwich & Boba Tea reviews
15This place has delicious coffee milk tea and a very nice atmosphere, I'd love to try some of the food they have on the menu if I get the chance.
It is a calm, friendly atmosphere and invites you to return again and again for a delicious drink… I recommend fresh milk brown sugar (it is my favorite)
Girlfriend and I were looking to get something to eat and try some Boba as well. As we were driving from downtown we noticed how busy other restaurants were. As we pulled up to 79, there were absolutely nobody. It was prime Dinner time.
Not really sure where the rolled Ice Cream was at. Didn't look like they had any.
We were thinking of getting food but being there weren't anybody eating there, we didn't order food. The boba was good tho. As a nonboba fan, I enjoyed it a lot.
Getting more and more good food and drink. Love the atmosphere after they remodeled. Recommend the Bánh Mì (Sandwiches), Fruit Tea (with Crystal Boba), Brown Sugar Boba Milk & Dark Roast Oolong Milk Cap (with Crystal Boba)
Eggs Dumpling presents a delectable variation with their Corn Dog - Potato, infusing it with a delightful twist. By incorporating grated potato into the batter, they achieve a captivating texture and an additional dimension of taste. This imaginative and flavorsome choice is perfect for those seeking a unique culinary experience.
While searching for boba tea in Sioux City, I stumbled upon this delightful place. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and patient, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The cleanliness of the establishment was impeccable, adding to the overall positive experience. I decided to try their coconut tea, and it was so delicious that it took every ounce of self-control not to order four more servings on the spot.
Exciting news! Sioux City now boasts its very own bubble tea spot! Having resided in Hong Kong for eight years, where milk tea infused with tapioca pearls is as ubiquitous as coffee, I am thrilled to share that 79 degrees is bringing this delightful taste of Asia to Siouxland. Oh, and their bubble waffles are absolutely phenomenal! In Hong Kong, we fondly referred to them as "eggball waffles. " I encourage you to step out of your comfort zone and experience these remarkable treats:
I had a wonderful experience during my first visit. The staff was extremely friendly, the interior was impeccably clean, and the overall atmosphere was delightful. I definitely plan on returning to dine there again, as the food was absolutely delicious and left me satisfied.
As I was about to place my order, I suddenly heard an outburst of intense yelling coming from the kitchen, seemingly directed at one of the workers by the boss. Witnessing such behavior, where individuals, particularly their own superiors, mistreat workers and fail to recognize their humanity, deeply upsets me. If you value being treated with respect, I strongly advise against considering employment at this establishment, as it appears that yelling is not an uncommon occurrence.

To kick off my dining experience, I always opt for the banh mi, also known as a sandwich, which is of exceptional quality. As an ardent supporter of Asian communities across the United States and being of Vietnamese heritage myself, this dish transports me back to Saigon, where a local bakery served bread of the same remarkable quality—light, with the perfect texture that strikes a balance between crunchiness and softness.
The service is not welcoming and judgmental. Depending on what days and hours you come by though. The banh mi, korean corn dogs and even most drinks just isn’t the same. Before the changes, I liked how the banh mi was a fuller shape, with authentic ingredients, instead of a long skinny bread that seems like it’s been left molding. The Korean corndog doesn’t seem that well cooked, I missed the rolled up ice cream. While the drinks may have gotten a bit expensive and size changes. I have noticed the difference of Quality for some drinks. Overall I do recommend coming here but don’t if you have sensitive stomach problems
The Corn Dog - Hot Cheetos from Eggs Dumpling is a delightful treat for spicy food enthusiasts. The combination of the crispy corn batter and the fiery kick of Hot Cheetos creates a unique and addictive flavor. The quality of the corn dog is top-notch, making it a popular choice among customers.
Eggs Dumpling offers a delicious twist with their Corn Dog - Potato. The addition of grated potato to the batter gives the corn dog a delightful texture and an extra layer of flavor. It's a creative and tasty option for those looking for something different. "
