Ackley Veterinary Center

This morning we called to have our dog put down, she hadnt moved in a day and we couldn't watch it anymore.we needed to get her put down and these people where going to make is wait til 5pm tonight.thats a whole other day of her sitting there in pain. We called someone else and had her in, in seconds.would rate negative stars if i could.

Ackley vet center got us in the same day I called them. Staff and doctor were friendly, and answered our questions, and treated our basset. I warned them that they'll be getting some German shepherds to add to our file! Great experience!

There are closer vets to where I live, but none closer to my heart than this group of caring and knowledgeable professionals. You’re all amazing! Your pets are in wonderful hands here.

This is absolutely and positively the place to go to for all of your veterinary care and boarding needs. It is the quintessential small town business. You won't find more compassionate or caring people than the fine people of Ackley Veterinary Center. Not to mention, the costs for their services are extremely reasonable. Clearly, they are in the business to help animals, not to profit from them.

The staff was friendly and helpful and because of their kindness and compassion, my elderly dog didn't have to be in pain.

My husband is a truck driver and stopped in to get some items for our dogs. The staff was Amazing, friendly and nice.

This place was so excellent. We were very concerned about our beloved little dog and they understand kind and really listen to our concerns. With there help and care our precious little one is doing much better

Dr. Hendrickson is amazing. He did a c-section on my chihuahua in the middle of a snow storm when no one else would! He will be our veterinary until he retires! Thank you so much for going above and beyond.

Staff are VERY concerned about your fur baby. Cat, dog, cattle, horses, and I'm sure can assist with more! Very knowledgeable, passionate, patient, and will explain what they are doing.

Called today to get my puking dog in to get checked out. 2nd time in a year they couldnt get me un.to me a puking dog is an emergency poor customer service all I was looking for was my dog to be looked at maybe take 15 minutes most and they don't check they just say they are busy.everybody is busy you should try to fit cusotomers in

I had to kennel my three dogs for the first time at Ackley Vet since my normal vet does not do kennel services anymore. They helped me get one dog up to date on vaccinations, and sedated the same dog for some grooming I could not do on my own. I appreciate Ackley Vet for doing this and the bill for everything was very reasonable.

I took my neighbor Shirley to her appointment for her cat. The staff was very helpful and busy with other people too.

I took my small dog in and was diagnosed with congestive heart failure was given meds and sent home, first few days were fine. After 11 days on meds he started breathing really hard and tongue was turning purple. On the 12th day I was let off work early and called for emergency appointment and was told they couldn't get me in, I said this is an emergency and they told me to find another clinic. I did and am glad, he can breathe better and is finally sleeping instead of fighting for his next breath.

I found Ackley Vet when one of my cats were hit by a car late at night on a Sunday. No other vet would get back to us or help us. Dr. Hinders met us at the clinic and was superb. We immediately transferred all our pets to them the next day and haven't looked back since. We've been with them roughly 3 years now and haven't had a single bad experience. Which is saying a lot considering we have 4 German Shepherds and 2 cats and practically live there! All the staff are amazing and so patient with your pets. Dr. Hinders will personally text you a few days after your visit to check in and see how your pet is doing. These guys are truly in it for the animals and it shows. We could not be happier with their care!
