Had a broken spring. Called Adams Door, as they were the original installer in December of 2005! They were able to schedule an appointment that fit my work schedule. Called to let me know they were on their way, arrived on time with very prompt and courteous service. I will rely on them for any future service/repair that may be needed.

Great same day service, repair and fair price. My garage door wouldn't open. A fter inspecting the door myself I saw that a spring had broken. I contacted the company and they gave me window in which the tech would arrive. Later the technician called to give me a 15 minutes heads up that he was on the way. Ryan arrived inspected the problem and got everything fixed in under 45 minutes. I would definitely use their services again.

The service was 5 stars. From my initial contact at the office with Tomesha to the installation crew headed by Craig and Jerry everything was done as promised. On time and professional all the way. The installation was tricky, it was on an older garage and took skill to end up with a smooth working door. Mission accomplished! I will definitely use them again.

I first used Adams when two of the most advertised door companies couldn't put their advertising money where their mouth is. I have used Adams on three occasions, the first time when I needed my relatively new other name brand door went out on me. As far as I'm concerned, Adams is the Gold Standard for doors, response time, courtesy, knowledge, professionalism, and being there when YOU need them, not when they can get to you.

They came out in a timely manner, and fixed my garage door that afternoon, readjusted springs, and replaced bent track, and adjusted up and down settings on my door opener.

When your service person did the early check up. He did not change the battery in thermostat. One of the coldest days recently my furness would not work. I know it was busy that day and your workman showed up and the issue.
The young man that came did a stellar job even changed the filter for me.
