They seem to hire only top notch guys and gals! These employees know cars and parts in and out! They even put my wiper blades on for me free!

Was given the wrong part and when I returned it the next day while waiting in line, the bulb dropped on the floor. Told I could no longer return it and then was given the correct part for $9. Declined and went to Walmart and got the bulb for $4.84. Never again. Had I been given the correct part from the parts expert, that would have never happened.

So it was a waste of time to go to store. I tried to buy car cleaner that I found online at the store. At the register it rang up full price. I showed the employee that it was online and in stock at his store. He said I needed to buy 2 for the sale price. Online it was one for the peice as I showed him. All he could say was that I needed to by it online and then pickup at the store. If something is on your web page then it should be the same at the store. Where's the customer service anymore? He didn't care that I turned down the product to go somewhere else. I will not be going back here again. There are more parts store than Advanced/ Carquest.

My husband went there after surgery and according to the signs that said that they would help put the bulbs in your vehicle or the wipers will he need assistance with the bulbs and they turned him down so they were busy and there was not one person in the store but him and one customer that walked out and thank God he helped them and then the customer decided to go to AutoZone

I went in to have my dodge scanned for check engine light. Mike was very helpful got it scanned, had part in stock. Great service

Awesome help! I use these guys all the time to get my car's fixed up here at the shop. It's nice to know every employee that works there on a personal basis. These guys bend over backwards to make sure I get my parts and get them quickly so I can get my customers back on the road. Love these guys!

I went around 5: 30PM and there was only one employee working. I had to wait in line for about 10 mins just to ask where to find something.

I have been going to this location for a very long time and have seen it go downhill. They never order the parts the say they do and not as friendly now. I would go to O'Reillys and save yourself a headache.

When we went to this location we were greeted by a sloppy rude man, who begrudgingly asked us what we wanted was very rude and then walked off and made us wait for another employee who was on the phone without saying a word to us.
